An exemplary device for semi-solid foods includes a separator for insertion in a food container having an optional lid. The separator provides an upper compartment for solid foods and a lower compartment for liquids. The separator has a base, and a ramp extending upwards therefrom. The separator preferably provides a barrier such that liquid in the container does not traverse the intersection between the separator and the container sidewall inner surface. When the container is tilted to dispense the food therein, liquid in the lower compartment flows out through a ramp opening (such as an aperture in the ramp or a separation between the ramp and the container sidewall), without flowing through a base aperture. When the container is returned to a level position, any fluid in the upper compartment may return to the lower compartment via an optional fluid channel in the ramp and through the base aperture.

Container for semi-solid foods

Described herein are various embodiments of an apparatus, system and method for manufacturing irregularly shaped panel filters. For example, according to one illustrative embodiment, a system for manufacturing irregularly shaped panel filters includes a filter medium source, a scoring section in filter medium receiving communication with the filter medium source, a first gathering section in filter medium receiving communication with the scoring section, an unfolding section in filter medium receiving communication with the first gathering section, a shaping section having a laterally moveable cutting portion in filter medium receiving communication with the unfolding section, and a second gathering section in filter medium receiving communication with the shaping section.

Apparatus, system, and method for manufacturing irregularly shaped panel filters

A filter element has a resiliently compressible end cap at a first axial end sealing the filter and providing sealed engagement with a flow tube.A filter assembly comprising a filter media element having a first end and a second end, a first end cap disposed at the first end, and a second end cap disposed at the second end. The filter media element is shaped to form a hollow interior extending from the first end to the second end. The hollow interior defines an inner boundary of the element and the outer surface of the element defines an outer boundary. The second end cap covers both the filter media element and the hollow interior at the second end.

A filter element has a resiliently compressible end cap at a first axial end sealing the filter and providing sealed engagement with a flow tube.

A filter element has first and second subelements providing increased media providing improved performance and packaging options. The first and second subelements provide first and second flow paths in parallel with each other along designated flow path portions.

A filter includes a housing with multiple flow passages and filter elements, including at least first and second flow passages therethrough including respective first and second filter elements in parallel. Respective internal dividing walls separate flow passages and are provided with acoustic attenuators.

An acoustic silencer is provided by a tubular member extending along an axis and having a hollow interior defining an axial flow path therethrough. The tubular member has a sidewall with an interior face facing the hollow interior and having quarter wave resonators formed by blind holes therein.

An air filtration cartridge has annular filter media having a hollow interior and extending axially between first and second distally opposite end caps. The first end cap is an outlet end cap having flow straightening structure integrally formed therewith and spanning the hollow interior. A carbon media filter element with urethane frame and seal has a border member composed of urethane providing a combined structural frame and seal extending along the perimeter and providing both the support frame for the media and a seal along the ends of the media sheet retaining carbon granules between backing layers and preventing escape of carbon granules out of the end. Carbon media filter element

A filter filters fluid flowing along an axial flow direction and includes a plurality of concentric cylindrical pleated filter elements having a common axis. A plurality of annular radial gaps between filter elements provide additional flow axially through the filter, providing equalized flow and reducing restriction. In further embodiments, a central filter element is concentrically surrounded by a cylindrical pleated outer filter element and provides additional flow axially therethrough.
