The present invention relates to a method of automatic labeling of activity of a subject on ECG data. The method of the invention comprises acquiring at least one physiological input signal purporting to an ECG signal and processing thereof. The processing of the at least one physiological input signal comprises conditioning the ECG signal and processing thereof, wherein the processing comprises obtaining respiration data from the ECG signal, identifying the activity pertaining to the said ECG data based on at least a signal specific feature of the said ECG signal, wherein the respiration data are used for differentiating activities performed by the subject, and labeling the said ECG data with the said activity, automatically. The present invention also relates to a system for automatic labeling of activity on ECG data in accordance with the method of the invention.

System and method for automatic capture and archive of clinically meaningful vitals

An in-the-ear (ITE) physiological measurement device () includes a structure () formed for easy insertion into multiple shaped and sized ear canals. An inflatable balloon () surrounds an end portion of the structure () to be positioned in the ear. Optionally, a mushroom shaped tip () is connected with an end of the structure () and carries a plurality of sensors (). Inflation of the balloon () expands the tip () radially to position the sensors () proximate to vascular tissue within the ear canal. Once suitably positioned, the one or more sensors () sense physiological signals from the vascular tissue and bone structure.

A highly portable biometric monitor is disclosed. At least one remote sensor member () includes one or more biometric sensors () configured for operative coupling with a patient. A neck collar () includes electronics () for operating the at least one remote sensor member. The at least one remote sensor member is separate from and not disposed on the neck collar. Optionally, the collar also includes one or more biometric sensors (). A communication link () operatively connects the remote sensor member and the electronics of the neck collar. A motion sensor () and position sensor () may be disposed with the one or more biometric sensors to sense movement and position, and the electronics () configured to account for error in a signal produced by the one or more biometric sensors due to movement sensed by the motion sensor or position sensed by the position sensor. The electronics () may log patient activity and body position.
