Various embodiments are directed to connecting devices that display indicia. A first device displays indicia and affixes to a surface of an object. A second device removable connects to the first device and also displays indicia. The second device is removable from the first device to change which indicia are displayed on the object.

Connecting devices displaying indicia

A protective device for attaching to and protecting at least one article includes a cover having an attachment surface and a display surface opposing the attachment surface. An adhesive coating is applied to the attachment surface of the cover to facilitate adhesion of the cover to an article. A removable backing is releasably attached to the adhesive coating and at least one relief notch is formed in the cover through the attachment surface of the cover and terminates beneath the display surface of the cover.

Adhesive cover systems for articles

A blister package includes a plastic blister being between top and bottom covers. The plastic blister further includes a perforation that partially extends around a product enclosure. A cut line intersects the perforation along an interior portion of the plastic blister to provide a location for tearing the product enclosure from the plastic blister.

A printable label assembly includes a printable label having an adhesive coating applied to a first surface thereof to facilitate attachment of the label to an article. The label is configured to receive a printed image on a second surface thereof. A removable backing is releasably attached to the adhesive coating and has at least three sections: a removable primary section releasably attached to a central portion of the adhesive coating of the label and being configured to be removed from the central portion to expose the central portion for attachment to the article; and a pair of removable handle sections releasably attached to outward portions of the adhesive coating of the label, the handle sections being configured to remain on the adhesive coating of the label after removal of the primary section to provide at least two handling points for manipulation by a user to assist the user in applying the label to the article.

Printable cover systems for articles

A distinctive structure, such as an illuminating structure is provided. The illuminating structure includes an illuminating element that is placed in an opening of a surrounding area. The opening includes a curved side wall of a particular radius to reflect any light that emanates from the illuminating element so that the reflected light is viewable from the illuminating structure.
