A door rack carrier is a compact, adjustable, easily mountable and removable, temporary system that can be added to the passenger side of most passenger motor vehicles. The door rack carrier allows the user to transport long oversized items for short distances. The door rack carrier is designed to hang on the vehicles doors (front and back) and is adjustable and lockable as required to accommodate different door thicknesses. Each Vehicle Side Carrier (VSC) has tie down cords or straps that will support and hold material to the vertical support column, making it secure. The forward carrier is elevated relative to the rear carrier to provide clearance of the transported items from contact with the turning front wheels of the vehicle.

A media disc storage package includes: a folder including at least first and second spaced-apart panels defining a space for enclosing a media disc; and a substantially rigid insert disposed between the panels. The insert spans the distance between the panels to provide structural support to the folder, and includes an open disc well adapted to hold the media disc in the space between the panels.

A storage package for multiple recording media includes a plurality of paper board panels arranged end to end and separated from each other by spline strips which allow the panels to be folded upon one another to resemble a closed book. First and second plastic, recording medium-holding latching trays are attached to the inside face of the last panel to be folded and to the panel face opposite the inside face in the folded configuration. Upstanding wall portions on one of the latching trays nest within the corresponding wall portions of the other latching tray when the latching trays are assembled together. Additional trays for holding recording media are attached to panel faces which are in the interior of the package in the closed configuration.

Upstanding wall portions on one of the components nest within the corresponding wall portions of the other component when the components are assembled together. The paper board panel is uncreased, unscored and unfolded and includes first and second panel areas for adhesive attachment of the plastic components. During assembly, the paper board panel is tautly stretched about and adhesively bonded to the assembled plastic components along the faces of the planar surfaces opposite the recording medium holding faces and along a transverse spline edge of the assembled, the creases defining the spline of the book being formed in the paper board panel during adhesive bonding.
