The disclosure is in the technical field of oil drilling, and in particular relates to a directional well hydraulic clutch drill string full rotation controller, including a rotary assembly, a power assembly and a control assembly. It has two working states: compound drilling and directional drilling. According to the change of the tool face, adjusting the rotation speed of the upper drill string or the displacement of drilling fluid may change the working state of the controller and complete the directional drilling work. The directional well hydraulic clutch drill string full rotation controller has a low cost and high safety and reliability. When oriented, the drill string keeps rotating, which greatly reduces the friction of the drill string system, reduces the stick-slip vibration phenomenon of the drill bit, and thus increases the ROP. Directional well hydraulic clutch drill string full rotation controller

A high-frequency composite impactor including a high-frequency axial and a torsional impact assembly is disclosed. The high-frequency axial impact assembly includes an upper self-excited oscillation cavity, a lower self-excited oscillation cavity, an adjustment block and a lock nut. The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.

High-frequency composite impactor

An oil and gas fracturing tool is disclosed, mainly involving a fracking tool with an electromagnetic intelligent control sliding sleeve including an outer sleeve section, a dart body section and a control section. The outer sleeve section is at the target location to be fractured. The effect of fracturing is mainly achieved by the dart body, which has an activated state and an inactive state. The initial state is inactive, and the front locking tip can be deformed under pressure during displacement. The diameter can change to pass through any sliding sleeve. When the dart body is counted and is about to reach the fracturing position, the front locking tip is blocked from deformation and cannot be reduced in diameter, thus pressurizing to control the fracturing effect. The control part includes a sensor module, a drive module, a main control module and a power supply module.

Fracking tool with electromagnetic intelligent control sliding sleeve

The disclosure relates to petroleum drilling, specifically a downhole signal receiving and transmitting device. The downhole signal receiving and transmitting device includes a receiving part, a control device, a mechanical assembly and a transmitting mechanism. The receiving part receives a signal transmitted by a lower end instrument, and the control device process the received signal, controls a motor to drive a rotating sleeve, and the mechanical assembly performs work. The mechanical assembly drives a mandrel to rotate a rotor continuously and regularly. When rotating, the flow area of the rotor and a stator changes to produce continuous pulses. The pressure waveform changes are monitored on the ground, and the measurement data are calculated by decoding. The device can obtain engineering parameters and geological parameters in the downhole drilling process in real time, which helps engineers to adjust the drilling trajectory and related parameters, and realize real-time measurement and control while drilling.
