The device comprises: an encryption unit (), used for receiving first data to be written into a storage module and first storage address information (), and for encrypting the first data on the basis of the first storage address information and of feature information of the storage module (); and a decryption unit (), used for reading from the storage module second data corresponding to second storage address information (), and for decrypting the second data on the basis of the second storage address information and of the feature information ().

The data reading method includes that: under the condition that a request for reading data from a NonVolatile Memory (NVM) is received, a pre-burnt region return value is read from a preset pre-burnt region of the NVM (S); whether the pre-burnt region return value is equal to a target pre-burnt value or not is determined (S); and under the condition that the pre-burnt region return value is equal to the target pre-burnt value, a first control signal is generated, and the first control signal is sent to an NVM controller and the first control signal is used for controlling the VNM controller to read the data from the NVM (S).
