A system can receive first input data indicative of first user input identifying a first diagnostic state of a computing system. The system can, based on the first input data, determine a second diagnostic state of the computing system, the second diagnostic state comprising information of the first diagnostic state. The system can present a first indication of the second diagnostic state via a user interface. The system can receive second input data indicative of second user input confirming the second diagnostic state. The system can determine a recommended action based on the second diagnostic state. The system can present a second indication of the recommended action via the user interface.

An apparatus comprises a processing device that is configured to obtain information about driver installations of a given driver on a plurality of computing devices and to obtain information about system failures from the plurality of computing devices. The processing device is further configured to determine a correlation between the driver installations and the system failures and to determine that the given driver is likely to cause a system failure based at least in part on the determined correlation between the driver installations and the system failures. The processing device is further configured to provide an indication that the given driver is likely to cause a system failure to a given computing device. The indication is configured to cause the given computing device to inhibit a presentation of a recommendation to install the given driver to a user of the given computing device.

An apparatus comprises at least one processing device that is configured to implement a data collection agent and obtain a telemetry data collection specification. The at least one processing device is configured to train the data collection agent based at least in part on the telemetry data collection specification and to obtain an issue description corresponding to a technical support issue associated with a source device of an information processing system. The at least one processing device is configured to generate a telemetry data collection query based at least in part on the obtained issue description using the trained data collection agent and to submit the query to the source device. The at least one processing device is configured to obtain from the source device, telemetry data generated based at least in part on the query and to present the telemetry data to a user via a graphical user interface.

In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, an information handling system may include a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon a program of instructions executable by the processor. The program of instructions may be configured to, when read and executed by the processor, receive telemetry data associated with one or more information handling resources, receive failure statistics associated with the one or more information handling resources, and correlate the telemetry data and the failure statistics to create training data for a pattern recognition engine configured to predict a failure status of an information handling resource from operational data associated with the information handling resource.
