A method for controlling a work vehicle based on a monitored tip condition of the work vehicle may generally include determining, with a computing device, a combined center of gravity for the work vehicle based at least in part on an external load applied to a loader arm of the work vehicle, determining a tip-related state of the work vehicle based on a location of the combined center of gravity relative to a pivot point defined between a tire of the work vehicle and a driving surface for the work vehicle and automatically performing a corrective action to counteract vehicle tipping when it is determined that the work vehicle is in a tipping state.

System and method for controlling a work vehicle based on a monitored tip condition of the vehicle

In one aspect, a lift assembly for a work vehicle may include a loader arm and a control arm extending between first and second ends. The first end may be coupled to a chassis of the vehicle at a first pivot point and the second end may be coupled to a rear end of the loader arm at a second pivot point. Additionally, the lift assembly may include a lift cylinder coupled between the loader arm and the chassis and a control cylinder extending between upper and lower ends, with the upper end being coupled the control arm and the lower end being coupled to the chassis at a third pivot point.

Lift assembly for a work vehicle

A work vehicle includes a frame including generally upwardly extending laterally spaced side members. A boom structure includes a pair of arms pivotably connecting the boom structure to the frame. A pressurized fluid system is operably associated with the boom structure for raising and lowering jointly each of the arms along a path of travel adjacent a corresponding side member. A stop member selectably extends outwardly from at least one of the side members between a locking position and a retracted position, the locking position extending at least a portion of the stop member into the path of travel of a corresponding arm of the boom structure to prevent a lowering movement of the boom structure beyond a predetermined height. A boom lock system prevents the fluid system from applying a fluid force to lower the boom structure when the stop member is in the locking position.

A door escape includes a hinge member securable to a door pivotably movable between an open position and a closed position relative to an enclosure. A first securing device secures the hinge member to the door. The first securing device is manually removable from the hinge member from exterior of the enclosure, permitting removal of the door from the enclosure. A second securing device secures the hinge member to the door. The second securing device is manually removable from the hinge member from interior of the enclosure, permitting removal of the door from the enclosure.

Door escape

A self-cleaning floor for use with a work vehicle includes a layer of material providing the floor for a cab of the work vehicle. The layer includes features formed in a region to frictionally secure operator footing during operator egress/ingress and operation of the work vehicle. A recess is formed along one end of the layer, the recess substantially aligned with a primary direction of movement of the work vehicle. An opening is formed in the work vehicle in substantial alignment with the recess to facilitate removal of debris from the cab floor and exterior of the work vehicle via the recess and the opening during operation of the work vehicle. Change in speed and/or direction of the work vehicle urges debris on the cab floor toward the recess.

Self-cleaning cab floor

A control system for a work vehicle includes an armrest having a first support and a control grip having a second support. The first support is configured to permit selectable movement of the armrest. The second support is configured to permit selectable movement of the control grip. The armrest and the control grip are independently movable from each other. The first support and the second support are configured to receive a common fastener to secure the first support and the second support to a surface of the work vehicle.

Adjustable control system

An HVAC system for a work vehicle having an operator cab includes a first chamber having an for receiving airflow exterior of the cab. The inlet is adjacent to a first source for moving air for use independent of the HVAC system, the inlet arranged to cause a first change of direction of airflow inside the first chamber. The first chamber resulting in both a first air pressure reduction and a first reduction of airflow velocity while inside the first chamber sufficient to reduce an amount of particles entrained in the airflow while the particles are within the first chamber. A second chamber in fluid communication with the first chamber and configured to cause both a second change of direction and a third change of direction of airflow while inside of the second chamber prior to reaching a third chamber for mixing air flow with recirculated air from the cab.
