A gutter hanger with radiused deep vertical side walls to improve the hanger strength with a surface suitable for attaching accessories such as Christmas lights or heat tape.

Gutter hanger

A raised gutter cover that is live loaded and acts as a compressions spring when mounted on a gutter hung with high-hangers and securely attaches the gutter cover to the gutter and the building allowing water shed from the pitched roof to separate from any debris and strain through the gutter.

Raised gutter cover

A low-profile screen which allows water to pass through apertures formed therein to allow water to drain through the screen. A plurality of ridges are formed on the surface of the screen to allow water to drain at a number of different elevations, to increase the structural rigidity of the screen, to improve snow-melting, and to improve the screens reliance when compressive forces are exerted on the screen. Under compression the screen snaps into place. The ridges further promote debris being blown off of the surface of the screen.

Low-profile rain gutter screen

A sandwich mechanism is disclosed that has to opposing members that form a pocket into which material such as downspout sheet metal can be inserted. The opposing members clamp onto the downspout and can be secured into place using a screw that passes through the opposing members and the inserted downspout. Two sandwich mechanisms may be coupled together using a brace or a hinged member. The hinged member will permit a user to independently articulate the coupled pieces of downspout or downspout extension.

A downspout hinge system where a plurality of downspout hinges are used as a one-size-fits-all solution for downspouts of a variety of sizes. The system of hinges utilize a first downspout hinge and a second downspout hinge coupling a downspout to a downspout extension. The downspout hinges are coupled to opposing surfaces of the downspout, including opposing sides of the same horizontal surface. Alternatively the downspout hinge may be coupled to opposing lateral sides of a downspout. Alternatively a downspout hinge may couple to more than one surface of the downspout.

A hinge is disclosed that can allow a downspout extension to rotate from a horizontal position to a vertical position to allow people to easily access these areas about the downspout extension. In some instances, the hinge includes a first plate positioned on the inner wall surface of a downspout and a second plate positioned on an opposing outer wall surface of the downspout. The first and the second plates can be substantially parallel.

Low-profile rain gutter cover

The rain gutter debris prophylactic system has a first panel member and a second panel member joined by a trough with drains in the bottom. The trough helps regulate water flow, discourages water accumulation on the surface or the formation of icicles on the edge of the prophylactic. The front edge of the trough forms a water accelerator. In addition the drains formed in the trough allow the prophylactic to be bent by hand to match the angle formed between the roof and the gutter without heavy equipment such as hand brakes. Multiple sections may be bent simultaneously. Finally the system combines at least three water flow management techniques, namely a first set of drain holes, pooling ridges and a curved nose to conduct water over the edge of the gutter.

A gutter cover inside miter to be used with both open valley and closed valley roof miters, where the gutter cover inside miter is formed by coupling two primary member having a stem, legs, a tapered trough, a diverter and a plurality of draining and guide vents oriented to accommodate a variety of water flows. The gutter cover inside miter is also used with an underlying gutter cover as a system to improve the functionality of the gutter cover.
