Described is a dispenser for dispensing a fluid contained in a plastic bottle, including a ring nut having a cylindrical conduit for sucking the fluid; a concertina-like deformable element including side walls defining a dosing chamber; a ring identifying with the ring nut a locking system defining an operating and non-operating configurations; a dispensing head, which can be pressed by a user and having a collection chamber collecting the fluid flowing from the dosing chamber through a central opening of the ring; first and second shutoff elements defining, respectively, a check valve at the inlet and a check valve at the outlet of the dosing chamber; a locking element interfering with at least one between the first and the second shutoff elements to lock it in the fixed position and thereby occlude the suction conduit and/or the central opening in a stable manner at least in a dispensing configuration.

Dispenser for dispensing a fluid

Described is a dispenser for dispensing a fluid, made of plastic material, including: &#x2014;a ring nut having an inner cylindrical wall equipped with partial grooves; &#x2014;a concertina-like deformable element, defining a return spring of the dispenser and including a cylindrical lower projection equipped with relative partial grooves; &#x2014;a ring designed to define with the ring nut a locking system designed to define an operating configuration and a non-operating configuration of the dispenser in such a way as to pull the concertina-like deformable element in such a way as to align the partial grooves of the cylindrical wall of the ring nut and the partial grooves of the concertina-like deformable element.

A fluid dispenser includes a ring nut to be screwed on a bottle neck and including a shoulder and a collar extending in elevation from the shoulder. It also includes a dispensing head including a central portion, a spout designed to dispense the fluid contained in the bottle and a protective skirt extending to contain the collar of the ring nut. The protective skirt extends close to a peripheral portion of the shoulder and, in a closed configuration of the dispenser, has a safety distance from the shoulder. The dispensing head includes a cylindrical crown shaped to form a toothed profile and located between the protective skirt and the central portion. The ring nut collar includes gripping elements with a longitudinal extension and the toothed profile engages the gripping elements when closed. The toothed profile and the gripping elements are shaped to allow reciprocal rotation of the dispensing head.

A dispenser () with a hermetic seal includes a hollow containment body () which can be inserted in a bottle, a lower suction tube (), a piston () slidable inside the containment body (), a hollow stem () axially slidable inside the containment body (), a sealing valve () inserted in a bottom portion () of the containment body () and interposed between the suction tube () and the dosing chamber (). The sealing valve () is cup-shaped and the piston () has a lower sealing portion () configured in such a way as to interact in compression with an upper edge () of the sealing valve () making a hermetic seal between the sealing valve () and the piston ().

A dispenser includes a hollow containment body with a hole located inside the bottle and an orifice for pumping a liquid product contained inside the bottle. The dispenser also includes a ring nut, a piston, and a hollow stem slidable inside the body and associated with a dispensing spout to actuate the piston in order to dispense fluid contained in the bottle. The body further includes an aperture to selectively place an ambient air inlet passage in fluid communication with the hole in the body. The ring nut has a first substantially cylindrical portion and a second substantially cylindrical portion which are mutually coupled to define the air inlet passage between them.

Dispenser

A dispenser includes a hollow body () able to be inserted into a bottle, a piston () able to slide in the body () between raised and lowered position, a hollow stem () able to slide in the body () to command the actuation of the piston (), opening and closing element () active between the stem () and the piston () to put in fluid communication the cavity of the stem () with the interior of the body, a retaining ring integral with the body () and inserted within it, elastic element active between the ring and the stem to contrast the free sliding of the stem and of the piston within the body. The dispenser further includes an end stop structure integral with the body and positioned in a bottom portion thereof to define an end stop arrest for the sliding of the stem within the body.

A dispenser of fluid products includes a ring nut () able to be associated to a container of a fluid product and a substantially hollow dispensing head, able to slide coaxially relative to the ring nut (); the dispensing head () includes a dosing chamber () obtained within the dispensing head () and a dispensing nozzle () to allow the outflow of the fluid product; the dosing chamber () has a containment volume variable between a configuration of maximum volumetric capacity when the dosing chamber () is isolated and a configuration of minimum volumetric capacity; the dispenser further includes a deformable membrane () fastened to the ring nut () and a deformable disc-shaped body () fastened to the dispensing head () and defining the dosing chamber () in combination with the membrane ().

Dispenser of fluid products

A Dispenser of fluid product includes a ring nut () able to be associated with a container of a fluid product and a dispensing head (), substantially hollow and coaxially slidable relative to the ring nut. The dispensing head includes a dosing chamber () positioned inside the dispensing head, a dispensing nozzle () to allow escape of the fluid product. The dispensing head further includes a deformable membrane () fastened to the ring nut and a top wall () facing the membrane and defining the dosing chamber in combination with the membrane; the top wall being movable between a first position, distal from the ring nut, in which a volume of the dosing chamber is greatest and the dosing chamber is isolated and at least in part filled with fluid product, and a second position, proximal to the ring nut, in which the volume of the dosing chamber is smallest.

A nebuliser micro-pump () provided with an element () for covering and triggering its dispensing push-button (), has an elongated body () with central axis (x), whereon is mounted a dispensing push-button complete with a tube () for orienting the spray, rotatable around the axis. The element has a lower fixed half-shell () integral with the elongated body and a lower half-shell () movable around a hinging axis (y) that is perpendicular to the central axis and offset relative thereto at the opposite side from the tube. The upper half-shell has a protuberance () acting on the dispensing push-button in the rotation of the movable half-shell relative to the fixed half-shell according to the arrow (W). The half-shells () have respective through openings () wherefrom simultaneously projects the tube in two angular positions, one non operative and the other one operative for the micro-pump.

Nebuliser micro-pump

A cap for closing containers includes a dispenser placed in connection with the interior of a container for dispensing a fluid contained in the container, a first sleeve integral with the dispenser and able to be screwed on the neck of the container to make the dispenser integral with the container. The cap further includes a second sleeve coaxial and surrounding the first sleeve and coupling elements active between the first and the second sleeve to couple mechanically the second sleeve to the first sleeve during a rotation of the second sleeve () in a first direction and to uncouple the second sleeve from the first sleeve during a rotation of the second sleeve in a second direction, opposite to the first. A covering element encompasses the dispenser and can be uncoupled from the cap coordinating a sequence of operations on the cap.

Cap for closing containers

An adjustable and sealable jet nebulizer for bottles able to be elastically deformed by squeezing is mounted on the mouth of the neck () of a bottle (). A conduit for air () and a conduit for liquid () are obtained coaxially in a cylindrical body () of the nebulizer, which is engaged with a screw-on cap (), provided with a central exhaust orifice (). The screw-on cap () has a cylindrical wall (), to be inserted between the conduit for air () and the conduit for liquid (), to create a mixing chamber () with variable geometry. The conduit for liquid () has on its upper end an arm () oriented upwards, bearing, at its free end, a tip cap (), able to be inserted into the central exhaust orifice () whilst the screw-on cap () is screwed onto the cylindrical body (), until sealing the nebulizer.

A nebulising dispenser head () for a bottle that is elastically deformable by squeezing, comprising a channel of the liquid and a channel of the air obtained in a machine block of the dispenser head () and an ejection tip () provided with a sealing door () hinged in its distal part (), the sealing door () being able to rotate by 180 DEG from an open position to a closed position of a discharge orifice of the dispenser head.
