A base module of an electronic device is adapted to provide a basic functionality, wherein the base module comprises a connection device for electrically contacting the base module, and wherein the connection device is adapted to establish an electrical connection between the base module and an extension module for functional extension of the base module, so that the base module may be electrically contacted through the extension module. Furthermore, an extension module and an electronic device with extended functionality are proposed.

A lighting device includes a translucent bulb and a light engine arranged in said bulb. The bulb comprises a base with two connection wires for connecting the light engine. The light engine comprises two connection elements which are electrically and mechanically connected to the connection wires. The connection elements each comprise a gripping region for holding the light engine and a connecting region for connecting the light engine to the connection wires.

A retrofit lamp comprises a heat sink, a light source module with a circuit board, whose rear side lies two-dimensionally on the heat sink and at the front side of which at least one semiconductor light source is arranged, and a ring partially covering the front side of the light source module, wherein the ring presses the light source module onto the heat sink. A method serves for producing a retrofit lamp, wherein the rear side of the circuit board of the light source module is laid on the heat sink and the ring is put on the retrofit lamp from the front such that it presses the light source module onto the heat sink. The invention is particularly applicable to LED retrofit lamps for replacing conventional light bulbs or halogen lamps.

A lighting device comprises a holder for LED filaments. The holder has a first electrically conductive holding structure and a second electrically conductive holding structure. Each holding structure comprises an essentially longitudinal connection section and an attachment section essentially perpendicular to the connection section.

The bulb of the lamp is closed at opposite ends by sealing parts (), with in each case one cap () being fitted at one end, the cap having an electrical contact element () which is connected in an electrically conductive manner to a supply conductor () leading to a luminous means, the contact element being accommodated in a tubular extension () of the sealing part. The cap part () has an adjustment part (), which is directed inward with respect to the interior of the lamp and is in contact with the sleeve () via a bracket.

An adapter for providing a recessed lamp in a screw-type lampholder. This adapter has an electrical contact-making device, via which an electrical connection is produced between a screw base, which can be introduced into the screw-type lampholder, of the adapter and the recessed lamp once the recessed lamp has been introduced into the adapter. Furthermore, the adapter has a switchable electrical connecting device, via which, in the state in which there is no mechanical connection between an enveloping bulb for the recessed lamp and the adapter, an electrical connection is not produced between the screw base and the recessed lamp, and via which, in the state in which the recessed lamp is surrounded, at least in sections, by the enveloping bulb, an electrical connection is produced between the screw base and the recessed lamp. As a result, the recessed lamp in the adapter can only be operated with the enveloping bulb placed thereon.
