The present invention provides anti-VEGF antibodies formulated as high concentration, aqueous pharmaceutical compositions, suitable for an injection, preferably an intravitreal injection. The aqueous pharmaceutical compositions are useful for delivery of a high concentration of the antibody active ingredient to a patient without high levels of antibody aggregation and without a high level of sub-visible particulate matter. An aqueous composition of the invention comprises an antibody having a concentration of at least 50 mg/ml. An aqueous pharmaceutical composition of the invention includes a sugar, a buffering agent, and a surfactant.

Controlled release formulations of levodopa and uses thereof

The current invention provides a controlled release oral solid formulation of levodopa comprising levodopa, a decarboxylase inhibitor, and a carboxylic acid. Also provided by this invention is multiparticulate, controlled release oral solid formulations of levodopa comprising: i) a controlled release component comprising a mixture of levodopa, a decarboxylase inhibitor and a rate controlling excipient; ii) a carboxylic acid component; and iii) an immediate release component comprising a mixture of levodopa and a decarboxylase inhibitor.

The present invention is an ophthalmic composition containing a relatively high concentration of olopatadine. The composition is typically an ophthalmic aqueous solution containing relatively high concentrations of olopatadine solubilized within the solution. The composition is preferably capable of providing enhanced relief from symptoms of ocular allergic conjunctivitis, particularly late phase symptoms of ocular allergic conjunctivitis.

A flavoring system for a liquid pharmaceutical composition and pharmaceutical compositions containing such flavoring systems are disclosed. Methods for making such liquid pharmaceutical compositions are also disclosed.

Flavoring systems for pharmaceutical compositions and methods of making such compositions

A solid pharmaceutical dosage form providing improved oral bioavailability is disclosed for inhibitors of HIV protease. In particular, the dosage form comprises a solid dispersion of at least one HIV protease inhibitor and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable water-soluble polymer and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant, said pharmaceutically acceptable water-soluble polymer having a Tg of at least about 50&#xb0; C. Preferably, the pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant has an HLB value of from about 4 to about 10.

A liquid formulation for oral administration of the CETP inhibitor of formula (I) has improved bioavailability compared with conventional solid formulations.
