A method, system and computer program product for enhancing a phone device such as a cell phone by automatically linking/associating caller identifying information with voicemail notification so that the phone's user (callee) receives notification of which missed call(s) generated a voicemail/SMS notification. The voicemail notification displays a notification identification (NID) associated with the particular caller number that generated the voicemail, and each voicemail displayed via the associated NID on the phone's display when the user selects the voicemail. Also, voicemail notification (icon or check mark) is added to the missed call log and displayed next to the missed call number that generated a voicemail. Additionally, granular user-directed access to voicemail is provided whereby the user of the phone device accesses the voicemail from the missed call (or received call) log and is able to listen to a specific voicemail left by a selected one of the listed missed calls/callee.

Embodiments comprise a method of performing an operation on selected components of an electronic document using at least one criterion to filter selected parts from other parts of the electronic document. In some embodiments, the method includes analyzing the electronic document to generate the filtering criteria. One embodiment includes presenting a list of filtering criteria to a user, whereupon the user may choose one or more criteria. Other variations of embodiments generally include apparatuses, systems and media that allow a user to choose specific text fonts, text styles, text entry dates, and text entry authors as filtering criteria, for such operations as spell checking, grammar checking, printing, and copying the document components, or text.

A system, method, and program product are provided that gather a plurality of IP addresses that each correspond to a common domain name. A list of domain names is provided for gathering corresponding IP addresses. For each of the received domain names, IP addresses are retrieved from a number of DNS tables. A system, method, and program product are provided that access a network resource by sending, from a client computer system, a first domain name resolution request to a DNS server. The first domain name resolution request includes a first domain name and requests multiple IP addresses. The client computer system receives, from the DNS server, a first multiple IP address response that corresponds to the first domain name resolution request, the first multiple IP address response including a IP addresses that each correspond to the first domain name included in the first domain name resolution request. At the client computer system, one of the plurality of IP addresses is selected by a user. The client computer system sends a request to a server corresponding to the selected IP address. The client computer system then receives responsive data from the server and displays the responsive data on a display screen accessible from the client computer system.

System and method for multiple IP addresses during domain name resolution

The present invention provides a method that will enable a wireless telephone user to more easily download information and data by from locations accessed via a communication network. This invention accomplishes this task by expanding the bandwidth of the receiving telephone device such that the bandwidth is sufficient to receive the transmitted data. The present invention expands this bandwidth at the receiver location by combining the bandwidth of the additional wireless telephones with the bandwidth of one requester telephone and receiving a portion of the information at each of the wireless telephones.
