A second plurality of content items associated with a plurality of rankings may be selected from a plurality of content items based upon a plurality of bid values. A quantity of content items of the second plurality of content items may be greater than a quantity of content items associated with the request for content. One or more ghost content items associated with one or more rankings of the plurality of rankings may be identified. A ghost impression indicator associated with a ghost content item of the one or more ghost content items may be stored based upon a determination that a ranking, of the one or more rankings, associated with the ghost content item matches a second ranking of a presented content item.

Method, device, and non-transitory machine readable medium for content item selection and measurement determination

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods are provided. In an example, an internet resource identification item associated with one or more internet resources may be identified. User activity information associated with a plurality of events may be analyzed to determine a plurality of sets of text associated with the internet resource identification item, wherein each set of text of the plurality of sets of text is associated with an event, of the plurality of events, associated with an internet resource of the one or more internet resources. A plurality of term representations may be determined based upon the plurality of sets of text. A user intention-based representation associated with the internet resource identification item may be generated based upon the plurality of term representations. A content item may be selected for presentation via a client device based upon the user intention-based representation.

Determination of user intention-based representations of internet resource identification items and selection of content items

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for selecting content items for transmission to client devices are provided. A first content item may be transmitted to a first set of client devices. A first request for content associated with a first client device of a second set of client devices may be received. A first bid value associated with a second content item may be selected. The first bid value may be modified based upon a second bid value associated with the first content item to generate a third bid value associated with the second content item. The second content item may be selected from a first plurality of content items for presentation via the first client device based upon a plurality of bid values having the third bid value. The second content item may be transmitted to the first client device.

Content item selection and measurement determination

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for generating time-preserving embeddings are provided. User trails of user activities performed by users are generated. Frequencies at which the activities were performed are identified. Indices are assigned to a set of activities identified from the activities as having frequencies above a threshold. Activity descriptions of the set of activities are mapped to the indices to generate a vocabulary. A model is trained using the user trails, timestamps of the activities, and the vocabulary to learn a set of time-preserving embeddings.

Time-preserving embeddings

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for selecting content items for presentation via client devices are provided. A content event associated with a content item performed by a client device may be detected. The content item may be associated with an entity. A conversion event, associated with the entity, performed by the client device may be detected. A duration of time between the content event and the conversion event may be determined. An attribution score may be determined based upon the duration of time. A plurality of attribution scores, comprising the attribution score, may be stored in an attribution data structure associated with the content item. Responsive to receiving a request for content associated with a second client device, the content item may be selected from a plurality of content items for presentation via the second client device based upon the attribution data structure.

Content item selection

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods are provided. An informational database may be analyzed based upon an entity to identify an informational article. The informational article may be analyzed to identify one or more first references associated with a first sentiment category and/or one or more second references associated with a second sentiment category. Sentiment tags, indicative of sentiment categories, may be assigned to one or more first reference content items associated with the one or more first references and/or to one or more second reference content items associated with the one or more second references. For each content item of a plurality of content items associated with the entity, a sentiment category associated with the content item may be determined based upon a comparison of the content item with the one or more first reference content items and the one or more second reference content items.

Determining sentiment of content and selecting content items for transmission to devices

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for selecting content for transmission to devices are provided. First activity performed using a content interface on a device may be detected. First activity information associated with the first activity may be stored in an activity profile associated with the device. An activity database may be analyzed based upon the activity profile to identify one or more activity identifiers of the activity database. The activity database may comprise a plurality of activity identifiers and/or funnel stage tags associated with the plurality of activity identifiers. A request for content, associated with an entity, may be received from the device. A funnel stage score may be determined based upon one or more funnel stage tags associated with the entity and/or the one or more activity identifiers. A content item, associated with the entity, may be selected based upon the funnel stage score.
