This disclosure aims to provide a technique with which the waterproofness of a connector can be enhanced. The molded connector includes: a first terminal unit that includes a first connector terminal and a first holder that holds the first connector terminal; a second terminal unit that includes a second connector terminal and a second holder that holds the second connector terminal, and is stacked on the first terminal unit; a first wire connected to the first connector terminal; a second wire connected to the second connector terminal; and a connector housing formed through insert molding, using the first terminal unit, the second terminal unit, an end portion of the first wire, and an end portion of the second wire as insert parts.

Molded connector

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a technique for easily suppressing the intrusion of a resin into a cavity. A wiring member includes: a connector housing provided with a cavity; an electric wire in which one end portion is housed in the cavity and the other end portion extends outward from an opening portion of the cavity; a sealing component that is attached to the connector housing or the electric wire to at least partially close off a gap between the connector housing and the electric wire in the opening portion of the cavity; a resin molded part that covers a portion extending from a rear end portion of the connector housing to a position of an intermediate portion of the electric wire on the other end portion side relative to a portion provided with the sealing component.

Wiring member and method for manufacturing wiring member

The object of the present disclosure is to minimize a number of positioning pins used to position an inner molded portion when an outer molded portion is molded around the inner molded portion. The present disclosure provides a composite molded component including an inner molded portion and an outer molded portion that covers the inner molded portion. An anti-rotation detent hole, which is open at a surface of the inner molded portion, is formed in the inner molded portion, a through hole that extends from a surface of the outer molded portion to the anti-rotation detent hole is formed in the outer molded portion, the anti-rotation detent hole is a hole that is delimited by an inner peripheral surface and a bottom surface, and at least part of the inner peripheral surface is formed in a non-circular shape.

Composite molded component

Technology capable of reducing the number of tubular protective members in a wiring member is provided. The wiring member includes: multiple electric wires that branch into multiple branch lines from a main line at a branch position; a connection component provided at an end portion of a target branch line among the branch lines; and a resin molded body that includes a main body portion and an extending portion. The main body portion covers all of the electric wires at the branch position, and the extending portion extends from the main body portion and covers a portion of the target branch line that is between the main body portion and the connection component.

Wiring member

An object is to further improve the waterproofness between an end portion of a wiring member and a resin molded part. Disclosed is a sensor device including: a sensor element; a wiring member connected to the sensor element; a first resin molded part that covers the sensor element and an end portion of the wiring member; and a second resin molded part molded separately from the first resin molded part and combined with the first resin molded part into an integral piece.

Sensor device

A wiring member includes: a linear transmission member that includes an electric wire; a connector housing; an outer armor member; and a cover member that is provided between the connector housing and the outer armor member in a lengthwise direction of the electric wire, and attached to an outer circumferential portion of the linear transmission member. The cover member and the linear transmission member are relatively movable in the lengthwise direction of the electric wire, and the connector housing and the outer armor member restrict a movement of the cover member in the lengthwise direction of the electric wire. The cover member is an elastic member, and includes an elastic cylindrical portion that is compression-deformable in a lengthwise direction of the cover member.

An object of the present disclosure is to improve the resistance of a sensor device to external damage. A sensor device includes a sensor element, and a resin cover part that covers the sensor element, wherein at least a portion of a surface of the resin cover part is cross-linked.

An object is to further improve the reliability of a bent section of a linear transmission member. Provided is a wiring member including: a linear transmission member that includes a bent section; and a resin molded portion molded with a path holding portion of the linear transmission member being inserted thereinto, the path holding portion including the bent section, wherein recesses are formed so as to expose portions of the path holding portion other than a portion where tensile stress is concentrated due to bending, to the outside.

A wire cover includes an inner cover member covering a bent section of an electric wire from an inner peripheral side and an outer cover member covering the bent section from an outer peripheral side. One end portion of the wire cover sandwiches the electric wire along a first direction. The other end portion of the wire cover sandwiches the electric wire along a second direction. The inner cover member and the outer cover member move relative to each other along the first direction. When observed from a third direction intersecting a plane that includes the first direction and the second direction, a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion are positioned outward of the surface of the inner cover body on the innermost side of the bent section or inward of the surface of the outer cover body on the outermost side of the bent section.

Wire cover and wiring member

An object is to be able to increase the force necessary for removal in a state where an elastic attaching member is attached to an attachment target member as much as possible. An elastic attaching member for attaching an attachment component to an attachment target member includes an elastic main body part formed from an elastic material and a high rigidity part formed from a material more rigid than the elastic main body part, the elastic main body part covering at least part of the attachment component, part of the high rigidity part being embedded in the elastic main body part, and another part of the high rigidity part protruding outward from at least part of the elastic main body part to form a protruding part.

Provided is a wiring member that can be held in a bent state more reliably even if a reaction force is large. A wiring member includes a cable including a bent portion that is routed along a bent path, and a bracket including a holding portion for holding the cable and a vehicle fixing portion that protrudes outward of the holding portion, and the holding portion includes a bend holding portion for holding the bent portion of the cable, and the bend holding portion includes an inner wall portion located on an inner circumferential side of the cable, and an outer wall portion located on an outer circumferential side of the cable.

A wheel speed sensor includes a plurality of magnetic field detectors configured to output detection signals that correspond to magnetic field fluctuation caused by a rotation of a rotor; and an attachment member that includes an attachment portion that is to be attached to a vehicle and a holding portion that is configured to hold the plurality of magnetic field detectors, and that, in a state in which the attachment portion is attached to the vehicle, when viewed along a center axial direction of the rotor, holds the plurality of magnetic field detectors at a position that is closer to a center line, which passes centrally between an outer peripheral line that depicts the outer periphery of the rotor and an inner peripheral line that depicts the inner periphery of the rotor, than to the outer peripheral line and the inner peripheral line.

A wiring member includes: a main line portion in which a plurality of electric wires are gathered; a plurality of branch line portions formed by branching the plurality of electric wires from an end portion of the main line portion; a water sealing portion that closes a gap between the plurality of branch line portions at a branch portion where the plurality of branch line portions branch from the end portion of the main line portion; and a resin portion molded to cover the water sealing portion in a state in which the resin portion is in close contact with an outer peripheral portion of the main line portion adjacent to the branch portion and outer peripheral portions of the plurality of branch line portions adjacent to the branch portion.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a technique that can prevent, in a wire harness including a fixing member, the fixing member from being attached in a deviated orientation. A wire harness includes: a wiring member; a fixing member provided on the wiring member; and a first reference mark and a second reference mark that are each provided at a position of the wiring member that corresponds to the fixing member. The first reference mark and the second reference mark each have a distinctive external appearance in a circumferential direction of the wiring member. The first reference mark indicates a reference position of the wiring member in the circumferential direction, and the second reference mark indicates a position of the wiring member in the circumferential direction, the position serving as a reference for an attachment orientation of the fixing member.

Provided are an inner part and a resin molded article according to which it is possible to mitigate the concentration of stress at a distal end of a melt rib. An inner part, around which an outer portion is to be arranged through integral molding, includes a main body portion made of resin, and a melt rib provided protruding outward from the main body portion. The melt rib is formed such that a height of the melt rib is greater than a thickness of the melt rib, the thickness decreases from the main body portion to a distal end of the melt rib, and the melt rib includes a melting portion configured to partially melt during molding of the outer portion.
