Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. Devices may exchange information regarding a radio link failure and/or a handover. The information may comprise a radio link failure report which may comprise an indication of packet duplication.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A base station may receive resource status information. The base station may use the resource status information for initiating a handover procedure.

A communication procedure may be used for multiple access. A wireless device may be capable of simultaneously accessing a plurality of networks that are associated with a visited network. The visited network may or may not allow the wireless device to simultaneously access the plurality of networks, for example, based on a status of the visited network. Prior to a wireless device requesting access to a plurality of networks, a visited network may indicate whether the visited network supports, for the wireless device, simultaneous access to a plurality of networks.

A wireless device receives a radio resource control message comprising a first sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set identifier of a first SRS resource set of a serving cell and a second SRS resource set identifier of a second SRS resource set of the serving cell. The wireless device transmits a power headroom report (PHR) medium access control control element (MAC CE) comprising a first field indicating a first power headroom value associated with the first SRS resource set and a second field indicating a second power headroom value associated with the second SRS resource set. The order of the first field and the second field in the PHR MAC CE is based on an ascending order of the first SRS resource set identifier and the second SRS resource set identifier.

A method may include receiving, by a wireless device and during a random access procedure, a random access response indicating a first backoff time interval of a first sub-band of a cell, and indicating a second backoff time interval of a second sub-band of the cell. The method may include selecting, for a preamble retransmission of the random access procedure, a backoff time interval based on the first backoff time interval and the second backoff time interval. The method may include performing, at a time based on the backoff time interval, a listen-before-talk procedure.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a first transport block (TB) size threshold of a first random access (RA) type and indicating a second TB size threshold of a second RA type. The wireless device selects, for transmitting a data unit, an RA type among the first RA type and the second RA type. The RA type is selected based on a comparison among a size of the data unit, the first TB size threshold, and the second TB size threshold. A transport block with the data unit is transmitted using the RA procedure associated with the selected RA type.

The wireless device may receive, from the AMF, a message indicating acceptance of the PDU session.

The pre-configuration of a grant of a non-active bandwidth part (BWP) or other wireless resource may be beneficial to reduce signaling overhead. A base station may not need to transmit a DCI to activate a configured grant if the configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated based on switching an active BWP to a pre-configured BWP. If a configured grant on a non-active BWP is activated, a base station may not need to transmit a DCI on a new active BWP for a resource grant. A wireless device may receive a DCI indicating a switch an active BWP from a first BWP to a second BWP for a particular cell. The configured grants may be type 1 grant-free transmission that may not need activation signaling. The activation and/or deactivation of the one or more configured grants may depend on the state of the second BWP.

A base station transmits, to a wireless device, radio resource control (RRC) configuration parameters of a cell comprising a bandwidth part (BWP). The base station receive a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure during a random access procedure of the wireless device. The radio link failure report comprises a cell identifier of the cell and a parameter indicating a bandwidth of the BWP associated with the connection failure.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A base station may send, to a wireless device, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) comprising a bandwidth part identifier field and a channel state information (CSI) report configuration field. Based on the MAC CE, the wireless device may activate the CSI report configuration for a bandwidth part indicated by the bandwidth part identifier field. The wireless device may transmit one or more CSI reports based on the CSI report configuration.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A network function device, such as a policy control function device, may send a policy and charging control rule that is based on one or more Ethernet medium access control (MAC) addresses. For example, the policy control function device may send the policy and charging control rule to a session management function device to provide a packet data unit (PDU) session for a wireless device.

A wireless device sends a first request to a mobility management function via a base station. The first request includes a paging cause indication in a paging message. A message to schedule a transmission may be received without indicating a parameter for determining a power for the transmission. The transmission power may be determined based on a pathloss reference signal associated with a lowest index of a power control parameter set.

A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters indicates a first sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set with a first SRS resource set identifier (ID) and a second SRS resource set with a second SRS resource set ID, wherein the first SRS resource set ID is lower than the second SRS resource set ID. A wireless device receives downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. A wireless device transmits the PUSCH transmission using the first SRS resource set based on the first SRS resource set ID being lower than the second SRS resource set ID.
