A gate driver includes: a stage, which generates a carry signal and provides the carry signal to a next stage; and an output controller, which receives the carry signal and an enable signal, controls a voltage of a first control node in the output controller based on the carry signal or both the carry signal and the enable signal, and outputs a gate signal based on the voltage of the first control node or both the voltage of the first control node and the enable signal. The gate signal corresponds to the carry signal under a predetermined condition.

Gate driver and display device including the same

An apparatus for manufacturing a display apparatus includes a substrate. A mask assembly includes an opening, a mask frame surrounding the opening, and at least one mask coupled to the mask frame. An electrostatic chuck is configured to attach the substrate to the at least one mask. A first driver is configured to drive the electrostatic chuck. At least a partial portion of the mask frame does not overlap the electrostatic chuck in a thickness direction of the substrate.

A display device includes a display panel including a pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a first capacitor connected to a first node, a second capacitor connected between a second node and a voltage line, a first transistor connected to the first node, the second node, and a third node, a second transistor connected between the third node and the first node, a third transistor connected between the second node and a data line, a fourth transistor connected between the second node and the voltage line, a fifth transistor connected between the third node and the light emitting element, and a sixth transistor connected between the light emitting element and a reference voltage line.

The pixel includes: a light emitting element; a first capacitor between a first node and a voltage line; a first transistor connected to the first node, the voltage line, and a second node; a second transistor connected between the first node and a third node and for receiving a first scan signal; a third transistor connected between the second node and the third node and for receiving a second scan signal; a second capacitor connected between the third node and a fourth node; a fourth transistor connected between the fourth node and a data line and for receiving a third scan signal; and a fifth transistor connected between the second node and the light emitting element and for receiving a first emission control signal.

Disclosed is a deposition mask stage comprising a stage frame, chucks combined with the stage frame, and support blocks on a back side of the stage frame. The chucks are spaced apart from each other in a first direction and a second direction that are defined in an extending direction of the stage frame. The first and second directions intersect each other. The support blocks are spaced apart from each other in the first direction and the second direction on the back side of the stage frame.

A pixel includes a light emitting element connected between a first power source line, through which a first power source is provided, and a first node, a first transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to the first node, a second electrode electrically connected to a second node, and a gate electrode electrically connected to a third node, a second transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to a data line through which a data signal is provided, a second electrode electrically connected to the third node, and a gate electrode for receiving a scan signal, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, and a first capacitor connected between the second node and the third node.

An emission driving circuit comprises a pull-up circuit configured to output a first power voltage as an emission signal in response to a voltage of a pull-up control node, a first pull-down control circuit configured to control a voltage of a pull-down control node in response to the voltage of the pull-up control node, and a pull-down circuit configured to output a second power voltage as the emission signal in response to the voltage of the pull-down control node, wherein the first pull-down control circuit comprises a first transistor and a second transistor which are electrically connected in series.

A display apparatus includes a pixel part including a plurality of pixels, and a gate driving circuit. Each of the plurality of pixels is driven in one first scan period and one or more second scan periods during one frame in a driving mode driven at a first driving frequency lower than a maximum driving frequency.

A display panel includes a scan driving circuit. The scan driving circuit includes a first transistor that outputs a high-voltage of a scan signal during a turn-on period. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor pattern layer including a first input region, a first output region, and a first channel region, a first gate electrode overlapping the first channel region, a second semiconductor pattern layer including a second input region electrically connected to the first input region, a second output region electrically connected to the first output region, and a second channel region overlapping the first channel region, and a second gate electrode overlapping the second channel region, and electrically connected to the first gate electrode.

A display device includes: a pixel including a light emitting element, a first capacitor connected between a first node and a second node, and a second capacitor connected between the second node and a third node. The pixel further includes: a first transistor connected between the second node and the light emitting element to operate depending on potential of the first node; a second transistor connected between the third node and a data line to operate depending on a first scan signal; a third transistor connected between the third node and the second transistor to operate depending on a light emitting control signal; a fourth transistor connected between a reference voltage line and a first node to operate depending on the second scan signal; and a fifth transistor connected between the reference voltage line and the third node to operate depending on a third scan signal.

A pixel including: a light emitting diode; a first capacitor connected between first and second nodes; a second capacitor connected between the second node and a third node; a first transistor including a first electrode connected to the second node, a second electrode connected to an anode of the light emitting diode, and a gate electrode connected to the first node; a second transistor including a first electrode connected to the third node, a second electrode connected to a reference voltage line, and a gate electrode connected to a first scan line; a third transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to the first node, a second electrode connected to the reference voltage line, and a gate electrode connected to a second scan line; and a fourth transistor including a first electrode connected to a data line, a second electrode connected to the third node, and a gate electrode connected to a third scan line.

Pixel and a display device including the same

An emission driver includes stages. At least one of the stages has a carry control node outputting a carry signal and an emission control node outputting an emission signal that are separated. Further, a second low gate voltage may be used that may be lower that a first low gate voltage. Further, transistors between each of the carry and emission control nodes and a second low voltage line transferring the second low gate voltage may have a series two transistor structure. Further, a transistor outputting the second low gate voltage as the carry signal may be repeatedly turned on and off in response to an inverted low clock signal. Accordingly, operation reliability of the emission driver of the display device may be improved.

Emission driver and display device

A display device is provided including a display panel. A pixel of the display panel includes a light emitting element, first through sixth transistors, and a capacitor. The first transistor is connected between a power line and the light emitting element and operates depending on a potential of a first node. The second transistor is connected between a data line and a second node. The capacitor is connected between the first node and the second node. The third transistor is connected between the first transistor and the first node. The fourth transistor is connected between the first node and a reference voltage line. The fifth transistor is connected between the second node and the reference voltage line. The sixth transistor is connected between the power line and the second node.

A display device includes a display panel and an input sensor. The input sensor may include a first sensing electrode, a signal line electrically connected to a first terminal of the first sensing electrode, a first line at least partially overlapping the first sensing electrode and extending in the same direction as the first sensing electrode in the active area, and a first switching element defining a first current path in the first sensing electrode and the first line or blocking the first current path.

A display apparatus having a display area enlarged to display an image in an area where a component is arranged includes a substrate including a first area having a transmission portion, and a second area surrounding the first area, a first data line extending in a first direction on the second area, and including a first line and a second line spaced from each other with the first area therebetween, a connection line on the second area, adjacent to, and bypassing, the first area, and including an end connected to the first line, and another end connected to the second line, a pixel circuit on the second area, including a thin-film transistor, and a node connection line electrically connected to the thin-film transistor, and a first pixel electrode above the pixel circuit, wherein the connection line is spaced from the node connection line.
