A firearm ambidextrous magazine release utilizing a reciprocating action mechanism. In some embodiments a firearm ambidextrous magazine release configured to be utilized in Glock type firearms.

Reciprocating ambidextrous magazine release system

A firearm system which allows firearm disassembly without trigger actuation. The system includes a slide having a divot or cavity disposed laterally off of the main channel. This divot allows for the pivoting of the striker sleeve such that the striker tang sear can move between a first position that is engaged with a corresponding trigger bar sear of a frame and a second position whereby the striker tang sear is disposed at least partially within the divot. This allows the striker tang sear to clear the trigger bar sear for disassembly without requiring a pull of the trigger.

Backward compatible safety slide firing pin-striker system

A replaceable slide notch system for a firearm that includes a replaceable slide notch component dimensioned to fit within a corresponding cavity of a slide. The replaceable slide notch component includes a slide lock notch surface that locks the slide when the firearm's ammunition is exhausted. A second replaceable slide notch component has a second slide lock notch surface that locks the slide at a further rearward position than that of the first slide notch component, thus providing greater chambering/operating force when the slide is released.

Adjustable force replaceable slide notch system

A toolless slide backplate for a firearm that comprises an extractor lock and a striker assembly lock. The extractor lock is dimensioned to cover and contact an extractor plunger when installed, and is held in place via an interplay with the extractor plunger. The striker assembly lock is dimensioned to cover the striker components when installed. The striker assembly lock covers the trigger connector of the frame of the firearm such that a disassembly opening is not required.

Toolless firing pin and striker removal system

A firearm reload system that enables the reloading of a firearm with a single user action. The firearm reload system can include an automatic ammunition chambering system and an empty magazine auto-eject system. The automatic ammunition chambering system includes an actuator on a magazine that actuates a pivoting slide lock when the magazine is introduced into the firearm frame, causing the pivoting slide lock to disengage from the firearm's slide release, thereby freeing the slide and chambering a cartridge. The magazine auto-eject system includes a magazine actuator linking the slide release and the magazine release such that when the slide release is brought into a locked position, the magazine actuator actuates the magazine release such that the magazine is released from the firearm.

Firearm loading system

Disclosed are methods and devices for the use of electricity. The methods and devices generally relate to receptacles and plugs in which two electrical sockets share a circuit forming aperture. This not only saves space, but, depending upon the configuration and wiring of the device, allows for new uses. Disclosed are methods and device for inserting oversized plugs into a socket without covering another socket. Disclosed are methods and devices for allowing access to two different circuits at a single receptacle. This can be achieved without having to exclusively dedicate each socket of a receptacle to only a single circuit. Disclosed are methods and devices for providing/obtaining two-phase power from a tri-aperture dual socket receptacle.

An electronic device employing an efficient network protocol stack. The protocol stack comprises a network-level protocol layer configured to provide a transmission service for transferring data to and from a computer network, and a device-level protocol layer configured to send and receive information specific to an interface of the electronic device over the network via the transmission service of the network-level protocol layer. Alternately, each of the network-level protocol layer and the device-level protocol layer may be employed individually with other network protocol layers to construct a functioning network protocol stack.

Low-level communication layers and device employing same

The low voltage electricity distribution circuit of the present invention is an electrical outlet that includes a receptacle mounted to a recess including either a plurality of wires or a bus bar system. The receptacle has at least one continuously live power socket and at least one switched power socket disposed on it. Each of the power sockets is capable of receiving an appliance plug. The receptacle is movable along the recess to a different location to allow for appliances, for example lamps or computers, to be located at many different points along the wall. In other forms of the distribution circuit a stand-alone unit that is fixed in place may be provided. Additionally, accessories for the above receptacles and sockets are provided.

Electrical outlet

A cover plate for an electrical outlet or electrical switch unit includes an attachment element having one surface attached to an inside surface of the cover plate and another surface configured to be removably secured to a surface of the outlet or switch unit. Advantageously, this attachment method of the cover plate onto the outlet or switch unit conceals unsightly screws. In one embodiment, the attachment element comprises magnets to connect the cover plate to the outlet or switch unit. In another embodiment, mating VELCRO&#x2122; portions are used to connect the cover plate to the outlet or switch unit.
