The present disclosure relates to a battery module including a busbar structure for adhesion with an electrode lead. The battery module can include a battery cell stack having a plurality of stacked battery cells, electrode leads protruding from the battery cell stack, a busbar electrically connected to the electrode leads, and a busbar frame on which the busbar is mounted. The busbar can be formed of a tongs part and a fixing part for connecting and fixing the tongs part. The electrode leads can be mounted between the tongs part of the busbar. The battery module can be manufactured through the steps of mounting a busbar in an opening part of a busbar frame, inserting an electrode lead between the tongs part of the busbar, closely adhering the busbar and the electrode lead through a jig, and removing the jig.

A method of mounting a bus-bar frame includes: forming a plurality of cell lead blocks and a battery cell stacked body by alternately stacking a cell lead block and at least one battery cell; disposing a top cover with respective ends on which a bus-bar frame is installed so as to cover the battery cell stacked body; removing the lead blocks from a space between the battery cell stacked body and the bus-bar frame; and installing the bus-bar frame on the battery cell stacked body by rotating the bus-bar frame. The alternately stacking of the cell lead block and the at least one battery cell includes positioning an electrode lead protruding from each battery cell between neighboring ones of the cell lead blocks.

A battery pack having a bottom connection type tray is provided. The battery pack includes a tray configured to load a plurality of battery modules therein, a plurality of tray terminals provided on a bottom plate of the tray, a connection wire for interconnecting the tray terminals or connecting the tray terminals to an external circuit, and a battery terminal provided in each of the battery modules to be connected to a corresponding one of the tray terminals. Terminal connection is achieved while the battery modules are assembled with the tray, and therefore, an assembly procedure is more easily performed, and the reliability of a terminal connection structure is improved. In addition, automated assembly and production using a robot are possible.

The condensing film configured thus may be useful to solve the problems regarding the viewing angle and the uniformity in brightness of a screen since the condensing film has a more moderate distribution of emitted light than the conventional condensing films.
