A system on chip and semiconductor device including the same are provided. The system on chip comprises a plurality of functional blocks, a frames per second (FPS) meter measuring FPS based on data processed by the functional blocks, a thermal management unit (TMU) sensing a temperature of each of the functional blocks, a dynamic voltage frequency scaling (DVFS) controller performing DVFS on the functional blocks, and a power management unit (PMU) independently controlling the power of the functional blocks, wherein the DVFS controller checks the FPS for the functional blocks when an operating frequency of each of the functional blocks is limited and limits the operating frequency of the at least one of the functional blocks to a threshold value or less using the FPS checked by the DVFS controller and the temperature of each of the functional blocks.

Disclosed are a multilayered cell sheet of cardiac stem cells (CSCs) and a method of manufacturing the same. In particular, the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a multilayered cell sheet according to a single step culture procedure by using, as a three-dimensional matrix, a biodegradable natural polymer hydrogel and embedding CSCs in the hydrogel. The multilayered cell sheet of the present disclosure does not require any special device for the manufacturing, is manageable with good physicomechanical property, increases a cell engraftment rate after transplantation based on sufficient accumulation of various growth and protective factors and extracellular matrix between cells, and is also self-assembled by the cell-mediated hydrogel compaction, making nutrients transfer easy. Therefore, the multilayered cell sheet of the CSCs is expected to be usefully applicable as a therapeutic agent for myocardium regeneration.

Disclosed herein are an in situ-forming, bioadhesive hydrogel and the medical uses thereof. Being formed by in situ crosslinking through an enzymatic reaction, the hydrogel has an advantage over conventional bioadhesive hydrogels in terms of biocompatibility.
