Folding test device

A flexible display is disclosed. In one aspect, the flexible display a flexible display panel includes a display area and a peripheral area located on opposing sides of the display area and a first fixing part located over an upper surface of the peripheral area of the flexible display panel. The first fixing part is configured to have a first restoring force that presses on the upper surface of the flexible display panel. The flexible display also includes a second fixing part located below a lower surface of the peripheral area of the flexible display panel. The second fixing part is configured to have a second restoring force that presses on the lower surface of the flexible display panel.

Flexible display

A flexible display and method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the flexible display includes a display panel configured to display images, a window substrate disposed on a first surface of the display panel, and a lower passivation film attached to a second surface of the display panel opposing the first surface. The flexible display can also include a lower adhesive layer interposed between the display panel and the lower passivation film. The lower adhesive layer can include a plurality of isolated-pattern portions and a peripheral portion surrounding the isolated-pattern portions.

Rollable display device

A rollable display is disclosed. In one aspect, the rollable display includes a flexible display panel, a housing having an internal space defined therein, and a rolling member positioned in the housing and configured to have the flexible display panel rolled therearound. The rollable display also includes a guide member positioned in the housing and having a coil shape. The guide member is configured to separate portions of the flexible display panel from each other.

A method of manufacturing a nanowire includes: forming a silicon oxide layer by performing deposition of a silicon oxide on a substrate; forming a metal layer by performing deposition of a metal on the silicon oxide layer; forming a metal agglomerate by performing heat treatment on the substrate where the metal layer is formed; and growing a nanowire in an area where the metal agglomerate is formed by performing plasma treatment on the substrate where the metal agglomerate is formed.
