According to an embodiment, the electronic device includes a housing that covers at least a portion of a back surface of the electronic device, a plurality of slits being formed in parallel from one end to an opposite end and the at least a portion of the housing being formed of a conductive material, a feeder that is electrically connected with at least one point of the housing, and a ground part that is electrically connected with at least one point of the housing. A part of the plurality of slits includes a section greater in width than another part of the plurality of slits. Moreover, various embodiment found through the disclosure are possible.

The rear housing includes a first conductive region, a second conductive region physically spaced from the first conductive region, and an insulating material interposed between the first conductive and the second conductive regions. The housing also includes a printed circuit board, a wireless communication circuit, a grip sensor circuit, and a connection member. The wireless communication circuit and the grip sensor circuit are electrically connected with the first conductive region. The connection member is interposed between the printed circuit board and the rear housing and electrically connects the first conductive region and the second conductive region. The wireless communication circuit is configured to feed the first conductive region; and transmit or receive a signal in a frequency band based on an electrical path.

A lead free solder is provided. The lead free solder includes about 1.5 wt % to about 2.5 wt % silver (Ag), about 3 wt % to about 6 wt % bismuth (Bi), about 0.005 wt % to about 0.1 wt % of a deoxidizing agent, and a balance of tin (Sn). The lead free solder has improved wettability, a lowered melting point, little or substantially no formation of oxidation layer in a solder bath, suppressed brittleness, improved thermal shock resistance and drop resistance.
