Proposed is a current collector for a positive electrode that substitutes for metal foil and includes a polymer film made of a nonmetal, nonconductor material, and an aluminum conductive material configured to define an outermost surface of the current collector for a positive electrode by being formed or applied, with a thickness of 0.25 to 0.6 μm, onto at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the polymer film, in which the conductive material serves as an electrochemical fuse or performs a function of blocking or reducing short-circuit current in the event of an internal short circuit or an external short circuit.

Positive electrode current collector

A current collector for a positive electrode according to the present invention may include a base film, a conductive material provided on at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the base film, a metal piece provided on the upper or lower surface of the base film and electrically connected to the conductive material, and a lead tab joined to any one of the metal piece, the conductive material, and the base film and electrically connected to the conductive material, in which the conductive material is positioned between the metal piece and the base film or between the lead tab and the base film, and in which the lead tab is welded to one of the metal pieces provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the base film or welded to the metal piece provided on one surface of the base film that faces the lead tab.

Current collector for positive electrode

The current collector for electrodes according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a polymer film; at least one metal element provided on at least one surface of the polymer film; a conductive material provided on surfaces of the polymer film and the metal element; and a lead tab which is bonded or connected to the metal element.

Current collector for electrode

A current collector for electrodes according to the present disclosure may include: a polymer film; a metal piece provided on at least one of upper and lower surfaces of the polymer film or one side of at least one of edges of the polymer film; an adhesive portion provided on surfaces of the polymer film and the metal piece to cover a boundary portion of the polymer film and the metal piece; and a conductive material formed on the surfaces of the polymer film, the metal piece, and the adhesive portion.

A current collector for electrodes according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a polymer film, and a conductive material provided on at least one surface of upper and lower surfaces of the polymer film, wherein the conductive material may have a function of an electrochemical fuse or a function of blocking a short-circuit current.

Lithium ion secondary battery configured to make best use of an accommodating space in an electronic apparatus

A wrapping electrode assembly for use in a secondary battery manufactured by an electrode-stacking method includes: an electrode plate which has a coating layer of an electrode active material and a non-coated protruding portion, the electrode active material being capable of reversibly inserting and extracting lithium ions; first and second separator films which cover both surfaces of the electrode plate while exposing only the non-coated protruding portion; and an insulating polymer film which is positioned between the first separator film and the second separator film at least on a portion of a circumference of the electrode plate to be bonded to the first separator film and the second separator film, wherein the insulating polymer film is formed as being divided into at least two parts.
