Disclosed herein is a device for connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm in which diversity and convenience of the use may be secured by selectively connecting several types of wiper arms using one adapter and in which a structure may be simplified and coupling strength may be increased using fitting and sliding assembling structures.

Device for connecting wiper blade to wiper arm

A wiper blade having a spoiler-integrated lever assembly. The lever assembly of the wiper blade includes a connector seat to which a connector assembly for connection to a wiper arm is detachably connected. The connector assembly is detachably joined to the connector seat by inserting an insertion protrusion of the connector assembly to an insertion slot of the connector seat and then rotating the connector assembly towards the connector seat and thus bringing snap protrusions of the connector seat into snap-engagement with snap slots of the connector assembly.

Wiper blade

A wiper blade suitable to six types of wiper arms. A connector assembly of the wiper blade is detachably joined to a lever assembly and is detachably connected to wiper arms having first to sixth coupling units at a distal end respectively. An adaptor of the connector assembly is rotatably attached to the lever assembly. A slide cover of the connector assembly is slidably joined to the adaptor. A side lock cover of the connector assembly is detachably joined to the adaptor. The slide cover is moved to the adaptor in a first movement direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the lever assembly to cover top contact surfaces of the first to third coupling units. The adaptor is fitted to the fourth coupling unit. The adaptor is connected to the fifth and sixth coupling units by a side pin passing through the side lock cover.

A wiper blade having a lever assembly and a spoiler integrated in the lever assembly. The wiper blade has a wiper rubber and the lever assembly holding the wiper rubber and being coupled to a wiper arm. The lever assembly has a plurality of levers, adjacent levers of which are hinge-jointed to each other. The lever of the lever assembly includes a spoiler portion forming a section of a spoiler integrated in the lever.

A wiper blade suitable to three types of wiper arms. A connector assembly of the wiper blade is detachably connected to wiper arms having first to third coupling units at a distal end respectively. The connector assembly has an adaptor and a slide cover slidably joined to the adaptor. The slide cover is moved to the adaptor in a first movement direction to fix the first to third coupling units to the adaptor and is moved from the adaptor in a second movement direction opposite to the first movement direction to release fixation between the coupling units and the adaptor. The adaptor has a support protrusion supporting support surfaces of the first to third coupling units. The slide cover has a push surface contacting the contact surfaces of the first to third coupling units to push the first to third coupling units towards the support protrusion of the adaptor.

Wiper blade for automobiles

A wiper blade wherein a spoiler is integrated in a lever assembly. The wiper blade has a wiper rubber and the lever assembly holds the wiper rubber and connects to a wiper arm. The lever assembly has a plurality of rotatably connected levers. A longitudinally extending partial spoiler is formed in at least one of the plurality of levers. The lever assembly includes a lever joint rotatably interconnecting adjacent levers. The lever joint is interposed between one of adjacent levers and the other of the adjacent levers. The lever joint is fitted to the one of the adjacent levers through insertion in the longitudinal direction of the lever assembly and is rotatably coupled to the other of the adjacent levers through pressing.

A flat wiper blade with spoilers is provided. The flat wiper blade has a wiper strip, a single elongated frame, first and second spoilers and a connecting unit for connection to a wiper arm. The frame holds and supports the wiper strip. The first and second spoilers have a pair of longitudinally extending fitting grooves and a receiving groove in the fitting groove. The receiving groove has a width greater than that of the fitting groove. The first and second spoilers are joined to the frame as opposed to each other in such a manner that the frame is fitted to the fitting grooves and an edge of the frame is received in the receiving groove. The connecting unit is joined to the frame between the first spoiler and the second spoiler. The connecting unit engages the first spoiler and the second spoiler.

Flat wiper blade with spoiler

A connecting unit for a flat wiper blade is provided. The connecting unit separably connects the flat wiper blade to a wiper arm having one of the following: a first coupling element including a top plate and a pair of side plates having a concave portion at a rear end; a second coupling element including a top plate and a pair of side plates; and a third coupling element including a side pin and a clip arm. The connecting unit has a bracket fixed to a frame of the flat wiper blade and an adaptor. The adaptor is pivotally mounted on the bracket via a pivot shaft of the bracket. The adaptor has first to third fixing devices separably fixing the adaptor to the first to third coupling elements respectively. The flat wiper blade is connected to the wiper arms via the adaptor.

Connecting unit for wiper arm and flat wiper blade with the same

A connecting unit for separably connecting a flat wiper blade to a hook wiper arm is provided. The connecting unit has a bracket fixed to a frame of a flat wiper blade, an adaptor pivotally mounted on the bracket and a cover pivotally attached to the adaptor. The adaptor and a linear section of a hook wiper arm are fixed via a first fixing element of the adaptor in a lateral direction of the linear section. The adaptor and a curved section of the hook wiper are fixed via a second fixing element of the adaptor and a third fixing element of the cover in a longitudinal direction of the linear section. When a first locking element of the adaptor and a second locking element of the cover engage each other, the third fixing element fixes the curved section relative to the second fixing element.
