An apparatus for inspecting an antibiotic and a method for determining antibiotic sensitivity using the same is provided. The antibiotic susceptibility inspection time which has conventionally taken longer than 24 hours is shortened to about 2 hours or less, the efficacy of the target substance is monitored in real time, the identification of the microorganism, the kind of the antibiotic capable of treating the microorganism, and the minimum dosage thereof are quickly confirmed. Microbial infections requiring prompt diagnosis and treatment can be effectively treated.

Capacitive biosensor for identifying a microorganism or determining antibiotic susceptibility

Provided is a composition for detecting a protein, containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial. Various diseases may be easily and rapidly diagnosed by easily detecting the composition containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial according to the present invention, by identifying a color of the protein bound with a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial prepared by binding tyrosine oxide, which is a natural pigment present in a living body, with the biomaterial. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention may be used to easily and rapidly diagnose various diseases in real time in an operating room, and may usefully replace conventional histological analysis without a secondary antibody reaction and a final operation of color expression.

Disclosed herein are multifunctional nanoparticles, comprising: polymer nanoparticles formed by loading a drug into a polymer; a gold thin film deposited on a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles; and an antibody to a substance expressed on the surface of a cell to which the drug is to be delivered, the antibody being conjugated to the gold thin film. Also disclosed is a method for preparing multifunctional nanoparticles, the method comprising the steps of: loading a drug into a polymer to prepare polymer nanoparticles; depositing a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles with a gold thin film; conjugating to the gold thin film an antibody to a substance expressed on the surface of a cell to which the drug is to be delivered; and separating from the resulting nanoparticles those in which a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles is deposited with the gold thin film and conjugated with the antibody. Furthermore, disclosed are a composition containing the multifunctional nanoparticles and a method for diagnosing and treating disease using the composition.
