A level shifter for outputting an output voltage having a voltage level range different from a voltage level range of a received input voltage is disclosed. The level shifter includes: a current mirror configured to copy a reference current flowing through a first mirror transistor to a second mirror transistor; a current mirror control circuit electrically connected to the current mirror by a sink node and including a plurality of control transistors configured to control the current mirror; and an output circuit configured to output an output voltage based on a voltage level of the sink node, wherein a first control transistor of the plurality of control transistors receives the output voltage fed back to a gate terminal of the first control transistor, and a second control transistor of the plurality of control transistors receives an inverted output voltage fed back to a gate terminal of the second control transistor.

Level shifter and semiconductor device including the same and operation method thereof

A high voltage sensing circuit included in a display driver integrated circuit includes a plurality of channels, a plurality of sampling capacitors, an amplifier and a feedback capacitor. The plurality of channels receives a plurality of input voltages. The plurality of sampling capacitors are connected to the plurality of channels, respectively, to simultaneously sample the plurality of input voltages. The amplifier is configured to sequentially receive each of a plurality of sampled input voltages to sequentially generate a respective plurality of sensing voltages. The feedback capacitor is connected between an input terminal and an output terminal of the amplifier, and is shared by the plurality of channels. The amplifier and the feedback capacitor are configured such that each of the plurality of sampled input voltages is sequentially scaled to the respective one of the plurality of sensing voltages by the amplifier and the feedback capacitor.

A refrigerator which has a device for opening/closing cool air discharge ports is disclosed. The device includes plates for opening/closing the ports, and a driving device for driving the plates. The heat exchange between an evaporator and the outside warm air is prevented during the defrosting operation when a door is open. Hence the cooling efficiency is enhanced and the frost caused by the outside warm air is not generated on the evaporater.
