The present disclosure provides a method for learning emergency injection correction of an injector for preventing misfire. A misfire rate in a multi-stage injection mode is monitored, and it is controlled to be forcibly switched to a single injection mode when the misfire rate by the monitoring is equal to or greater than a specific value, such that injector injection correction learning is performed according to a learning entry condition. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the deviation between cylinders by the sufficient injection amount deviation correction learning, thereby preventing misfire of the injector.

Method for learning emergency injection correction of injector for preventing misfire

A method for correcting a deviation of static flow rates of GDI injectors is provided. The method includes calculating a target pressure drop amount for each cylinder and a relative pressure drop amount for each cylinder from a detected pressure drop amount. An injection correction factor for each cylinder is primarily adjusted by comparing the relative pressure drop amount for each cylinder, with an average of relative pressure drop amounts of all cylinders. The injection correction factor is then secondarily adjusted by comparing an average of injection correction factors of all cylinders with 1.

Method for correcting deviation of static flow rates of GDI injectors and system therefor

A method for correcting an injector characteristic defining a relationship between an injector injection time and a valve closing time for a cylinder of an internal combustion engine by sensing an injector closing time includes steps of: sensing the injector closing time; determining a compensation amount for compensating for a commanded injection time using a number of sensing failures or a result of a learning of a relationship between a required commanded injection time and the injector closing time in a relevant cylinder, in addition to the number of sensing failures when there is a failure to sense the injector closing time; and controlling a commanded injection time according to an amount of required fuel injection in the relevant cylinder, based on the determined compensation amount.
