A display device includes a conductive layer including a first voltage line and a second voltage line extending in a first direction; an interlayer insulating layer on the conductive layer and including a plurality of contact holes that expose parts of the conductive layer; a plurality of first-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and electrically connected to the conductive layer through the plurality of contact holes, a plurality of second-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and extending in the first direction, a plurality of light-emitting elements on pairs of the first-type and the second-type electrodes that are spaced from each other in the second direction; first-type contact electrodes on the first-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements; and second-type contact electrodes on the second-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements, each of the second-type contact electrodes includes contact electrode extensions on the second-type electrodes.

Display device

A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area; a plurality of pixels disposed in the display area; a light emitting element disposed in each of the plurality of pixels; a driving transistor disposed in each of the plurality of pixels and connected to the light emitting element; and a common circuit disposed in the non-display area and connected to at least one of the driving transistor and the light emitting element of each of the plurality of pixels.

A display device includes a first electrode extending in a first direction, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode in a second direction, light emitting elements that are disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a first connection electrode electrically connected to a first end of the light emitting elements, and a second connection electrode electrically connected to a second end of the light emitting elements. The first connection electrode includes a first main portion disposed on the first electrode and in electrical contact with the light emitting elements, a first bypass portion partially spaced apart from the first main portion, and first connection portions electrically connecting the first main portion to the first bypass portion.

A display device includes a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area. The display device includes a pixel disposed in the display area; a driving controller disposed in the non-display area, the driving controller controlling driving of the pixel; and a line part having at least a portion disposed in the non-display area, the line part electrically connecting the pixel and the driving controller to each other between the pixel and the driving controller. The non-display area includes a fan-out area disposed between the display area and the driving controller.

A pixel includes a first pattern and a second pattern spaced apart from each other in a light emitting area; a light emitting element between the first pattern and the second pattern; a first electrode electrically connected to a first end portion of the light emitting element; a second electrode electrically connected to a second end portion of the light emitting element; and a bank in a non-light emitting area. The first electrode and the second electrode extend from the light emitting area through the non-light emitting area to a separating area. The second pattern extends from the light emitting area through the non-light emitting area to the separating area, and overlaps an edge of the bank, and is disposed in an area between the first electrode and the second electrode at a boundary of the non-light emitting area and the separating area.

Pixel and display device including the same

A display device includes a substrate. A first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode are on the substrate, and are sequentially arranged along a first direction. A first light emitting element is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A second light emitting element is located between the second electrode and the third electrode. A first contact electrode overlaps the first electrode and one end of the first light emitting element, and is in contact with the first electrode and the one end of the first light emitting element. A second contact electrode overlaps and is in contact with the other end of the first light emitting element. A display device comprises a substrate, a semiconductor layer thereon, a first insulating layer on the semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer on the first insulating layer and including a first electrode pattern, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and including first and second conductive patterns, a third insulating layer on the second conductive layer, and a display element layer on the third insulating layer and including a first pixel electrode connected to the first conductive pattern through a first via hole, a second pixel electrode connected to the second conductive pattern through a second via hole, and a micro light-emitting element between the pixel electrodes, the first conductive pattern contacting the semiconductor layer through a first contact hole and the first electrode pattern through a second contact hole, and the second conductive pattern overlapping the first electrode pattern to form a first capacitor therewith.

A display device includes: a substrate including first areas and second areas alternately arranged in a first direction in a plane view; a first electrode and a second electrode on the substrate and spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction; a first insulation layer on the substrate and covering the first electrode and the second electrode; and a light emitting element on the first insulation layer and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, the first insulation layer having a first thickness in the first area and a second thickness thicker than the first thickness in the second area, and the light emitting element being located in the first area.

Display device including bank pattern

A display device includes a pixel component including scan lines, data lines, and pixels electrically connected to the scan lines and the data lines, and defining pixel columns and pixel rows, a data driver disposed on a side of the pixel component, and a scan driver disposed on the side of the pixel component. The pixel component includes sub-scan lines, and dummy lines. Each scan line may be electrically connected to the sub-scan lines by contacts. The contacts are divided into contact groups having a same arrangement. The pixel component is divided into pixel blocks corresponding to the contact groups. Each pixel block includes first and second area divided by contact group. The first area is closer to the scan driver than the second area. The pixel component further includes supplementary power lines spaced apart from the respective sub-scan lines.

A light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate, the first electrode having holes, and having inclined surfaces along the peripheries of the holes; second electrodes on the substrate, each of which is in a respective one of the holes of the first electrode; and light emitting elements between the first electrode and the second electrodes, the light-emitting elements being electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrodes.

Light emitting device and method for manufacturing same
