In the present disclosure, there are provided a vinyl alcohol-based copolymer including a first repeating unit derived from an olefin, a second repeating unit containing a hydroxyl group, and a third repeating unit containing a cyanoalkyloxy group formed by a reaction of the repeating unit containing a hydroxyl group and an unsaturated nitrile-based compound, wherein the third repeating unit is included in an amount of 2 mol % or more and less than 10 mol % with respect to 100 mol % of a total amount of the second repeating unit and the third repeating unit; a method for preparing the same; and a gas barrier film including the same. The vinyl alcohol-based copolymer has excellent moisture stability, thereby exhibiting excellent gas barrier properties even in a humid environment.

The heat-dissipation fluid composition can include 100 parts by weight of a nonconductive oil; 1 to 30 parts by weight of thermally conductive inorganic particles; and 1 to 30 parts by weight of an inorganic precipitation inhibitor, wherein a viscosity at 20&#xb0; C. and 50 rpm is 850 cP or more, and a viscosity at 30&#xb0; C. and 50 rpm is 750 cP or less. The heat-dissipation fluid composition exhibits excellent electrical insulating properties and thermal conductivity and, especially, excellent heat dissipation performance even after long-term use because thermally conductive inorganic particles are not permanently precipitated during use.

The present disclosure relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having excellent affinity with a filler, a method for preparing the same, a rubber composition including the same and a tire manufactured using the rubber composition. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer according thereto has a tin-based compound-derived group bind on one end, and a silane-based compound-derived group bind on the other end, and therefore, may have excellent affinity with a carbon black-based filler as well as a silica-based filler. Accordingly, a rubber composition including the modified conjugated diene-based polymer may have excellent processability, and as a result, processed goods (for example, tires) manufactured using the rubber composition may have excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and viscoelastic property.
