A color coating solution is produced by dispersing a nano-color pigment and a metallic gloss pigment into a polymer resin, and the solution is coated and molded on a cover layer having a color similar to that of the color coating solution. Since the pigment composition is different between the cover layer and the color coating layer, internal shieldability is improved. As a result, a dark color or uneven surface of the core, mantle, or cover is not exposed, so that a surface defect rate can be reduced. Since both the nano-color pigment and the metallic gloss pigment are used in the color coating layer, the metallic gloss and the color are exhibited in a single layer. Therefore, it is possible to provide natural metallic gloss without a strange texture feeling.

A golf ball according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is covered with an injection-molded crosslinked polyurethane. The golf ball may have excellent scuff resistance and light resistance of a cover as well as excellent driving distance and spin by using a cover composition containing crosslinked polyurethane obtained by adding a crosslinking agent to thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). A polyurethane cover composition according to an embodiment can make it possible to prepare a crosslinked polyurethane cover by injection molding without the burden of facility investment cost.

The present disclosure relates to a golf ball, wherein dimples having an extraordinary flight performance by combining the advantages of both circular dimples and polygonal dimples in the related art, in other words, by arranging the combined dimples that give depth to the face of the combined polygon and circle of the same center on the surface of the sphere, the trajectory is bent due to the influence of wind, which is a disadvantage of the conventional polygonal dimples. It is excellent in flight straightness by eliminating the effect, and when flying after hitting, the vertex region, which acts as a small bluff body, rotates and breaks the pressure in advance, causing a quick turbulent transition, and it becomes like an arc of a circular dimple instead of the sides of the general polygonal dimples.

A surface of a sphere is divided by using not only great circles but also small circles, forming a spherical polyhedron. The spherical polyhedron includes two spherical regular pentagons, each having a center at the pole, ten spherical isosceles triangles near the pole, ten spherical pentagons near the equator, and ten other spherical isosceles triangles near the equator. Compared to a related art, dimples are accurately arranged in spherical polygons. Thus, a dimple area ratio is improved and the number of dimples is appropriately maintained.

Disclosed is a carbon nanotube golf ball having improved hitting feel and durability, and antistatic property comprising: a core having CNT/ionomer-dispersion; a cover formed on the core; and an antistatic finish on the top cover. Herein, CNT/ionomer-dispersions having a diameter of 10 to 3,000 &#x3bc;m are produced in advance using an independent process, and then applied to the present art. The top cover is provided with antistatic finish using a CNT coating solution for keeping the clean surface during the golf play.

Provided is a golf ball with air channels between adjacent dimples. The golf ball according to the present disclosure has air channels connecting adjacent dimples, and an outer tip of the air channel is chamfered or filleted. The problem of durability deterioration at the outer tip of the air channel over the entire surface of the golf ball is solved by the air channel structure in which the outer tip is chamfered or filleted. Meanwhile, it is possible to minimize the influence of wind at the outer tip of the air channel and greatly improve flight stability related with slice prevention, straightness and excellent impact point while ensuring a sufficient flight distance by uniformalizing pressure drag. In addition, the depth of the dimple itself is selectively made larger than the depth of the dimple of the conventional golf ball with the air channel in accordance with the chamfering or filleting of the outer tip of the air channel, thereby minimizing lift force and a loss of a flight distance.

Provided is a bismuth golf ball with improved carry distance and fracture strength by adding a nano bismuth reformed by using plasma or a nano bismuth alloy manufactured by using the nano bismuth to a resin composition as a base material as compared with a bismuth golf ball in the related art. Since the nano bismuth golf ball has a more densified internal structure due to a higher content of bismuth as compared with the bismuth golf ball, the resilient elasticity is improved, and thus, the carry distance is increased.

In a golf ball, dimples are arranged on a spherical polyhedron formed by dividing a surface of a sphere using small circles and great circles only on the equator, without arranging the dimples on a spherical polyhedron formed by dividing a surface of a sphere using great circles. The formed spherical polyhedron includes two spherical regular hexagons centered on a pole, twelve near-pole spherical isosceles triangles, twelve near-equator spherical pentagons, and twelve near-equator spherical isosceles triangles, in which the dimples are arranged.
