A learning with errors (LWE) instance management method according to an embodiment may include obtaining, from one or more user devices among a plurality of user devices, one or more learning with errors (LWE) instances and one or more extended LWE instances including reuse tags associated with the LWE instances, storing the one or more extended LWE instances, receiving, from a first device among the plurality of user devices, a request for an LWE instance produced by a second device among the plurality of user devices, and identifying, based on a reuse tag included in each of the one or more extended LWE instances, a target extended LWE instance including an LWE instance produced by the second device among the one or more extended LWE instances, and providing the LWE instance included in the target extended LWE instance to the first device.

Method and apparatus for managing LWE instance

Apparatus and method for set intersection operation

A non-power-driven photometer is provided, the photometer comprising: a body; and multiple narrow angle photoreceivers (narrow angle probes) formed in the body, wherein the multiple narrow angle probes receive light in the atmosphere, which is incident over a range of different azimuth angles, and allow the characteristics of the atmosphere to be analyzed with reference to the relationship between the received light and the azimuth angle of the narrow angle probe corresponding to the received light. According to the present invention, since the photometer is driven without being supplied with power, light intensity measurement can be performed in a short time. Further, since light intensity measurement can be performed with no movement or only a short-distance movement of a vehicle or airplane equipped with the photometer, the problem of errors caused by differences in the time and location of measurement can be prevented.

A method for determining a number of individuals of microorganisms included in a sample using an optical apparatus, comprising steps of: collecting, by the image acquisition unit, light radiated by microorganisms which radiate only light of a specific wavelength range and are included in the sample; generating, by the image acquisition unit, an image of the collected image; displaying, by the image processing unit, the image generated by the image acquisition unit on a screen, analyzing each of pixels forming the screen on which the image has been displayed, and classifying a plurality of pixels which belongs to the pixels included in the screen and continuously emit light to be a single object; and calculating, by the image processing unit, a total number of objects classified in the screen.

Method for detecting microorganism having fluorescent characteristics with respect to specific wavelength

A plankton examination apparatus comprises: a sub-pipe in which a transparent pipe unit; a light source unit which radiates only blue-series light; a detection unit which receives light radiated in the direction on the other side outside the transparent pipe unit through the transparent pipe unit from the light source unit and generates an image of the plankton; and a dichroic mirror installed between the transparent pipe unit and the detection unit in such a way as to transmit only red-series light which belongs to the light radiated by the light source unit and passed through the transparent pipe unit and has a wavelength of 620 nm to 780 nm and to deliver the red-series light to the detection unit.

An imaging system on an aerial vehicle, includes: a group of rotating camera including at least a first and a second rotating cameras on the aerial vehicle; and a control part which controls a first virtual rotation track of the first rotating camera and a second virtual rotation track of the second rotating camera and allows shots to be taken at multiple photograph-shooting points on the first virtual rotation track and the second virtual rotation track; wherein the control part controls a set of multiple photograph-shooting points on the first virtual rotation track and those on the second virtual rotation track to be substantially in a grid shape. Accordingly, a 3D image could be acquired by using the group of rotating cameras on the aerial vehicle during a relatively short endurance flight and more information on images created in such a method could be estimated.

A method for estimating a position of a target by using an image acquired from a camera is provided. The method includes the steps of: (a) setting multiple virtual estimated reference points by dividing a view-path; (b) comparing altitude values of the respective estimated reference points with those of respective points on terrain; (c) searching neighboring virtual estimated reference points among the multiple virtual estimated reference points to satisfy a requirement under which a difference between an altitude zof one point among the neighboring estimated reference points and that of the terrain corresponding thereto and a difference between an altitude zof the other point among the neighboring estimated reference points and that of the terrain corresponding thereto have different signs; and (d) determining that the actual position of the target exists between the searched estimated reference points P.
