A fluid treatment module includes a pipe providing a flow channel in which fluid flows, the pipe having an inlet and an outlet, a light source module including a substrate and at least one light emitting diode disposed on an upper surface of the substrate and emitting light into the pipe to treat the fluid, a reflector disposed inside the pipe to reflect the light emitted from the light source module and having higher reflectivity with respect to the light than the pipe, and a heat dissipation plate contacting a rear surface of the substrate to dissipate heat from the light source module. The inlet, the outlet, or both are provided in plural to allow a flow speed and a flow direction of the fluid flowing into the pipe to be controlled, and the heat dissipation plate has higher thermal conductivity than the substrate.

Fluid treatment module

A sterilization module including a main body, a circuit board disposed in the main body, a light source disposed on the circuit board to emit sterilizing light, and a transparent unit to protect the light source from an outside and including a material that transmits the sterilizing light, in which the light source includes a mesa including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer, a first electrode electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer, and a second electrode disposed on the second semiconductor layer and electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer, in which the first electrode includes a first contact region disposed on the outer area of the first semiconductor layer and a second contact region at least partially surrounded by the mesa, and a distance between the transparent unit and the circuit board is greater than a height of the light source.

Sterilization module

A lighting device including at least one first light source configured to emit a visible light through a first light emitting surface, at least one second light source spaced apart from the first light source and configured to emit light having a wavelength for sterilization through a second light emitting surface, and a housing having a bottom portion, on which the first and second light sources are disposed. The housing can include at least one sidewall portion connected to the bottom portion to enclose the first light source and the second light source in one common area, in which the first and second light emitting surfaces face substantially the same direction, and both the first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface can be disposed at a different elevation from the bottom portion of the housing.

A sterilization module including a light source configured to irradiate ultraviolet light, a board on which the light source is mounted, a protective tube accommodating the board therein and configured to transmit ultraviolet light irradiated from the light source, a first base coupled to one side of the protective tube, and a second base coupled to the other side of the protective tube, in which at least one of the first base and the second base includes an insertion part to be inserted into the protective tube, the insertion part having a first diameter when viewed in a first cross-section perpendicular to a length direction of the protective tube, and a cover part integrally formed on the insertion part and having a second diameter greater than the first diameter in the first cross-section.

Sterilization module and water purifying device having the same

A sterilizing device includes a pipe having an inlet and an outlet and allowing fluid to move therethrough and a light source provided on one side of the pipe and providing light to the fluid. At least a portion of the pipe is provided in a spiral shape and the inlet and/or the outlet are arranged in a light emitting region.

A first distance between two light emitting structures is adjacent to each other varies depending on a second distance from each light emitting structure to the inner surface of the main body. Tube-shaped LED lighting device

The present invention relates to an insect trap and, more specifically, to an insect trap which uses UV LEDs as light sources for luring insects and is capable of efficiently radiating luring light. The insect trap according to the present invention comprises a UV LED installation part having a plurality of UV LED light sources installed at intervals on the edge of the outer side surface thereof, and a trap part disposed adjacent to the UV LED installation part. The center lines of the ultraviolet light radiation areas of the UV LED light sources installed on the UV LED installation part are arranged substantially radially, extending outward from the center of the insect trap.
