A semiconductor of which a substance such as a semiconductor photocatalyst is uniformly coated on the surface thereof with a graphitic carbon film and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. According to the inventive method, a graphitic carbon film having a thickness of 1 nm or less is uniformly formed on the surface of the semiconductor by performing hydrothermal synthesis and pyrolysis on glucose, so as to keep the original structure crystallinity of the semiconductor photocatalyst to be a support of the carbon film.

TiON(0.01&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.2) nanotubes and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. More particularly, TiON(0.01&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.2) nanotubes doped with nitrogen atoms by treating TiOnanotubes through nitrogen plasma to partially substitute oxygen portion of TiOnanotube with nitrogen, and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. The TiON(0.01&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.2) nanotube of the present invention is prepared by doping nitrogen on a TiOnanotube to control an electronic structure and reduce a band gap of the TiOnanotube, so that the prepared TiON(0.01&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.2) nanotube exhibits improved conductivity and extended light absorption range from a UV ray area up to a visible light area, thus having more enhanced applicable performance in optical and/or electrochemical aspects.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transition metal-carbon nanotube hybrid material using nitrogen as a medium. The present invention is characterized in that nitrogen-added carbon nanotube is grown in the presence of metal catalyst particles by reacting an hydrocarbon gas with a nitrogen gas by a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and a transition metal-carbon nanotube hybrid material where a transition metal is uniformly attached to the entire carbon nanotube structure in which nitrogen with a great chemical reactivity is added as heterogeneous elements is chemically manufactured. Therefore, the present invention does not use an acid treatment required to attach transition-metal atoms to the carbon-nanotube, a surface treating process using a surfactant and the like and an inhibitor for preventing the coagulation of the transition metal so that a simplification of the process is obtained and the method is an environment-friendly method. The transition metal-carbon nanotube hybrid material manufactured by the above can be applied variously as a hydrogen storage material, a catalyst material, an electric field emission device and an electrode material.

The present application provides a CNnanotube with pores having nano-sized diameter ranging from 5 to 10 &#x212b;, where x ranges from 0.001 to 0.2, and a method for controlling the size and quantity of pores in said nanotube by reacting hydrocarbon gas, nitrogen gas, and oxygen gas or hydrogen gas together in the presence of metal catalyst and by controlling the concentration of nitrogen gas.

Session invitation method and system in a PTx communication system are disclosed. For session invitation, an inviting terminal adds first media information corresponding to session information in an invitation message and transmits it or transmits it through an RTP. Then, the first media information received by an invited terminal is checked and an invitee determines whether to accept the invitation before joining the session. When the invitation is rejected, the invited terminal adds second media information corresponding to a reason for rejection in a reject message and transmits it, or transmits it through the RTP.

Method for managing digital rights in broadcast/multicast service

In a broadcast/multicast service based on user location information, when a terminal sets contents desired to be received in a specific area, a broadcast/multicast server checks current location information of the terminal transmitted from a location server or from the corresponding terminal, selects contents provided in the corresponding area, and transmits it to the terminal. Thus, a waste of a communication channel can be prevented, and since a user can selectively receive contents or information according to his/her location, user's satisfaction and convenience can be enhanced.

Disclosed are carbon nitride (CN) nanotubes with nano-sized pores on their stems, their preparation method and control method of size and quantity of pores thereof. The present invention further has an object of providing the CNnanotube with pores having the size of not more than 1 nm over structure of the nanotube and a method for preparing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide the control method of the size and quantity of pores with size of not more than 1 nm in the preparation of the CNnanotube with the pores over structure of the nanotube. The present invention can produce the CNnanotube with nano-sized pores by reacting hydrocarbon gas and nitrogen gas through plasma CVD in the presence of metal catalyst particles, wherein x ranges from 0.001 to 0.2.
