Disclosed is a display device. In accordance with the display device, before an organic stack of a light-emitting diode is formed, a sticker is attached to a substrate, while a camera hole-forming portion and a margin area around the same are present, to form the organic stack, and the sticker and components on top of the sticker, such as the organic stack, are removed, so that the edge of the organic stack can be aligned without any additional process using separate masks and the reliability of the display device can be improved due to the provision of the organic stack at a location spaced apart from the camera hole by the margin area.

A light-emitting display device includes a substrate having a plurality of subpixels; a first electrode provided in each of the subpixels; a bank defining an emission part in each of the subpixels and having an upper surface that has a larger degree of surface roughness than an upper surface of the first electrode; a first common layer over the subpixels and covering the first electrode and the bank; a light-emitting layer on the first common layer and corresponding to the emission part of each of the subpixels; and a second common layer and a second electrode stacked on the light-emitting layer over the plurality of subpixels.

Light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

The organic luminescence display panel includes a first electrode connected to a thin film transistor formed on a substrate, an organic layer having a light emission layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed opposite to the first electrode with the organic layer disposed therebetween, a buffer layer formed between the first electrode and the light emission layer of a mixture of an inorganic material of an inorganic halide compound having fluorine and an organic material for interface stabilization between the first electrode and the organic layer, and an electron acceptor layer of an organic material having a strong electron accepting action group selected from cyanide group &#x2014;CN, &#x2014;NC, hydroxy group &#x2014;OH, or halide group &#x2014;I, Br, &#x2014;F for making hole injection and transportation between the buffer layer and the light emission layer easy.
