The sample analyzer includes: a reagent arranging section for arranging a plurality of reagents; an analyzing section for analyzing a measurement sample prepared by mixing a sample and the reagent arranged on the reagent arranging section; a display device; an input device; and a display control section for displaying a reagent arrangement displaying region for displaying a plurality of reagent marks inscribed with a reagent name respectively on the display device, wherein the each reagent mark is displayed in a manner selectable by the input device, wherein arrangement of the each reagent mark on the reagent arrangement displaying region corresponds to arrangement of the each reagent on the reagent arranging section, wherein the display control section displays detailed information related to the reagent corresponding to the reagent mark selected by the input device on the display device.

Sample analyzer

A sample analyzer is disclosed that includes: a memory configured to store a record of maintenance already performed on the sample analyzer; a display; and a display control configured to control the display to display a first table which chronologically shows the record of maintenance already performed, wherein the first table is assigned a predetermined term, in the table the term is divided into a plurality of sections.

A sample analyzer for analyzing a measurement sample prepared by a sample and a reagent is disclosed. The sample analyzer includes a rotatable first holding section for holding a first reagent container containing a first reagent and a second reagent container containing a second reagent circularly, a rotatable second holding section for holding a third reagent container containing a third reagent and a fourth reagent container containing a fourth reagent circularly, the second holding section being arranged concentrically relative to the first holding section, a dispenser for dispensing a reagent selected from the first to fourth reagents into a measurement sample container for preparing a measurement sample, and a controller. The controller configured to perform operations including receiving an replacement instruction for replacement of the second reagent container, and in response to receiving the instruction for replacement of the second reagent container, if a next reagent to be dispensed is the first reagent and a type of the first reagent is same as a type of the third reagent, controlling the dispenser so as to dispense the third reagent without dispensing the first reagent.

Sample analyzer and sample analyzing method

A sample analyzer includes a transporting device configured to transport a rack for holding a plurality of sample containers containing samples respectively, a barcode reader configured to read a barcode of the rack transported by the transporting device, and an aspirating device that includes an aspirating tube and a moving device configured to move the aspirating tube in a direction to insert the aspirating tube in a sample container. The sample analyzer further includes a controller configured to determine, based on the container type identifying information included in the barcode read by the barcode reader, an aspiration position for aspirating a sample in a sample container and to control insertion of the aspirating tube in the sample container at the determined aspiration position, and an analyzing part configured to analyze the sample aspirated by the aspirating device.

The sample analyzer comprises a transporting device for transporting a rack for holding a plurality of containers containing samples respectively and having a recording part in which identifying information has been recorded that identifies the rack, a reading device for reading the identifying information from the recording part of the transported rack, an aspirating device including an aspirating tube for aspirating the sample from the container, a controller for controlling the operation of the aspirating device based on the identifying information read by the reading device, and an analyzing device for analyzing a measurement sample that includes the aspirated sample.

The present invention is to present a sample analyzer which is able to move a reagent container containing a reagent which a user desires to replace to a pick up position. The sample analyzer comprises: a holding section comprising a plurality of holding regions for holding reagent containers, and being capable of moving the holding regions; analyzing means for analyzing a measurement sample prepared by mixing a sample and the reagent contained in the reagent container held by the holding section; receiving means for receiving a specification of a holding region from the plurality of holding regions to replace or add a reagent; and control means for controlling the holding section so as to move the specified holding region to a replacement-addition position at which the reagent is replaced or added, when the receiving means receives the specification of the holding region.

A measurement information display method includes: generating measurement information of a sample according to progress of measurement of the sample by a measurement unit for measuring the sample, and accumulating the measurement information in a storage part, the measurement information including state information indicating a state of the measurement by the measurement unit; accepting extracting information including an extracting condition regarding the state of measurement of the sample used in extracting the accumulated measurement information, and storing the extracting information in a memory; accepting a selection of the extracting information stored in the memory; extracting the measurement information from the accumulated measurement information according to the selected extracting information; and displaying the extracted measurement information.
