Provided is a content delivery system which includes an in-vehicle terminal and a content delivery server connected via wireless communication. The content delivery server includes a pre-sending unit which identifies a content that is likely to be used by the in-vehicle terminal in a dead spot where a communication status of the wireless communication is inferior, and sends the identified content to the in-vehicle terminal before a vehicle mounted with the in-vehicle terminal reaches the dead spot. The in-vehicle terminal includes an in-vehicle terminal storage unit which stores the content sent from the pre-sending unit.

A fault information providing server which is connected to a processing server group configured from a plurality of servers, and which provides information related to a fault that occurred in the processing server group to a user of a service provided by the processing server group, comprises: a fault occurrence/recovery management unit which manages fault occurrence of the processing server group; a log management unit which manages log information related to a history of service provided by each server of the processing server group; a rule management unit which manages rules related to a service impact representing an impact on the service caused by the fault; a service impact calculation unit which calculates the service impact based on the log information and the rules; and a service impact notification unit which notifies the service impact calculated by the service impact calculation unit to the user.

Fault information providing server and fault information providing method for users of in-vehicle terminals

An in-vehicle terminal and a mobile terminal receive a request and a first identifier for identifying the request and store the first identifier in a buffer, the mobile terminal sends the request to a server, which stores the first identifier in a buffer when the request includes the first identifier and generates a second identifier when the request does not include the first identifier. When an event occurs, the mobile terminal generates and stores a message and a message code related to the second identifier together with the second identifier, transfers a response including the first identifier, the message and the message code to the mobile terminal when the first identifier exists in the buffer, and transfers a response including the message and the message code to the mobile terminal when the first identifier does not exist in the buffer. The mobile terminal displays the message and the message code.
