A transmission includes an input shaft, an output shaft, a first planetary gear mechanism, a second planetary gear mechanism, and a first variable device. The first planetary gear mechanism includes a first carrier connected to the input shaft, a first planetary gear connected to the first carrier, a first sun gear connected to the first planetary gear, and a ring gear connected to the first planetary gear. The second planetary gear mechanism includes a second sun gear connected to the first carrier, a second planetary gear connected to the second sun gear, and a second ring gear connected to the second planetary gear and connected to the first ring gear. The first variable device is connected to the first ring gear and the second ring gear to continuously change a speed ratio of the output shaft to the input shaft.

Transmission and work vehicle

A friction engagement device includes a rotating shaft, first friction plates that rotate with the rotating shaft, second friction plates arranged to face the first friction plates, an oil chamber supplied with hydraulic fluid, a piston movably provided between engagement and release positions, and first and second return springs. The piston is pressed toward the engagement position by hydraulic pressure of the oil chamber. The first return spring contacts the piston from the engagement position to a standby position between the release position and the engagement position and urges the piston toward the release position. The second return spring contacts the piston from the engagement position to the release position and urges the piston toward the release position. Center axes of the first and second return springs are arranged to coincide with a center axis of the rotating shaft.

Friction engagement device for work vehicle and work vehicle

A lubricating apparatus includes a lubricating oil supplying member disposed to face a tip surface of an input shaft. An axial oil passage and a radial oil passage are formed inside the input shaft and allow an outer circumferential surface of the input shaft having outer spline teeth and the tip surface to communicate with each other. A first supplied oil passage and a second supplied oil passage are formed inside the lubricating oil supplying member, a lubricating oil supplied to the axial oil passage flowing through the first supplied oil passage and the second supplied oil passage. The first supplied oil passage is provided with an inflow port, the lubricating oil flowing into the first supplied oil passage through the inflow port. The inflow port is open to an outer circumferential surface of the lubricating oil supplying member in a radial direction of the input shaft.

Lubricating apparatus

A transmission for a wheel loader includes a first oil accumulating part accumulating scattered lubricating oil and a second oil accumulating part accumulating the lubricating oil from the first oil accumulating part. The first oil accumulating part communicates with the second oil accumulating part through a communication oil path. Lubricating oil accumulated in the second oil accumulating part is directed to a lubricated part through a lubrication oil path when a rotary shaft is rotated at a rotational speed less than a predetermined rotational speed. The second oil accumulating part includes a shaft end space disposed at an end of the rotary shaft that accumulates the lubricating oil from the first oil accumulating part. A horizontal hole formed in a center part of the rotary shaft and extending axially allows the shaft end space and the vertical hole to communicate with each other.

Wheel loader

A transmission for a wheel loader includes first and second oil accumulating parts, a communication oil path, a horizontal hole and a vertical hole. The first oil accumulating part accumulates scattered lubricating oil. The second oil accumulating part is mounted to an end of an output shaft below the first oil accumulating part, and accumulates the lubricating oil from the first oil accumulating part. The communication oil path allows the first and second oil accumulating parts to communicate with each other. The horizontal hole extending axially is formed in the rotary shaft, and communicates with the second oil accumulating part. The vertical hole communicating with the horizontal hole is formed in the output shaft, and directs the lubricating oil accumulated in the second oil accumulating part to the lubricated part when the output shaft is rotated at a rotational speed lower than a predetermined rotational speed.
