A display device includes a display element configured to generate a first color light, an encapsulation member on the display element and including an inorganic layer at an outermost portion thereof, a color conversion layer on the encapsulation member and including a first color conversion part configured to transmit the first color light, a second color conversion part configured to convert the first color light into a second color light, and a third color conversion part configured to convert the first color light into a third color light, and a buffer layer between the encapsulation member and the color conversion layer, wherein a difference in refractive index between the buffer layer and the inorganic layer is about 0.5 or less.

A light emitting device may include a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The emission layer may include a manganese complex compound and a quantum dot. It is possible to improve life span and light emitting efficiency characteristics of the light emitting device.

A sunlight concentrating device may include a quantum dot layer having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a first glass layer in contact with the first surface of the quantum dot layer, and a second glass layer in contact with the second surface of the quantum dot layer, and further include a low-refractive layer provided in a predetermined region of the first surface and/or the second surface of the quantum dot layer. The low-refractive layer is patterned, and a refractive index of the low-refractive layer is smaller than a refractive index of the quantum dot layer. The low-refractive layer totally reflects photons, being permeated from the quantum dot layer into the glass layer(s), between the glass layer(s) and the quantum dot layer so that the photons can move within a section with no loss of light thereby overcoming the theoretical limit of light concentration.

A color conversion panel includes: a substrate including a light blocking area and first, second, and third transmission areas; a first color filter disposed on the substrate at the first transmission area; a second color filter disposed on the substrate at the second transmission area; a low refractive index layer disposed on the substrate at the light blocking area and the first, second, and third transmission areas; a first color conversion layer disposed on the first color filter and the low refractive index layer; a second color conversion layer disposed on the second color filter and the low refractive index layer; and a light transmitting layer disposed on the low refractive index layer at the third transmission area. The low refractive index layer has a refractive index lower than a refractive index of the first color conversion layer and a refractive index of the second color conversion layer.

A color conversion panel includes a color base substrate including a first transmissive area, a second transmissive area and a third transmissive area; a light blocking pattern on the color base substrate and defining the first transmissive area, the second transmissive area, and the third transmissive area; a first color filter in the first transmissive area and the second transmissive area; a first color conversion layer on the first color filter at the first transmissive area; a second color conversion layer on the first color filter in the second transmissive area; and a second color filter on the first transmissive area, the second transmissive area, and the third transmissive area. The first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer are each between the first color filter and the second color filter.

A method of fabricating a display device may include the following steps: patterning a light blocking layer on a first surface of a first substrate, forming a color filter layer on a second surface of the first substrate opposite the first surface after the patterning of the light blocking layer, and forming a light conversion layer including a plurality of conversion filters on the first surface of the first substrate after the forming of the color filter layer. Each of the conversion filters may include a plurality of conversion particles, and the color filter layer may be formed to selectively transmit light emitted from each of the conversion filters.

A photoresist composition including a photoresist composition includes a photo-luminescence nanocomposite, a photopolymerizable monomer, a first photopolymerization initiator, a second photopolymerization initiator, a binder resin, and a solvent.
