A control valve includes: a valve housing; a coolant port formed in the valve housing and through which coolant inflows; an oil cooler port formed in the valve housing; a heater port formed in the valve housing; a radiator port formed in the valve housing; a bypass flow path through which the coolant port and the heater port communicate; and a ball valve, wherein the coolant port and the oil cooler port selectively communicate and the coolant port and the radiator port selectively communicate while the ball valve rotates inside the valve housing, wherein a valve inlet which communicates with the coolant port is formed in the ball valve, and a first section outlet, a second section outlet, and a third section outlet, which selectively communicate with the valve inlet are formed consecutively on an outer periphery of the ball valve.

A cooling system of a hybrid vehicle include an engine, a drive motor, a main water pump, a cooling line, a heat-exchange line, a heater line on which a heater and an exhaust heat recovery device are provided, a coolant control valve unit selectively supplying coolant to the cooling line, the heat-exchange line and the heater line, a bypass line connecting the rear of the exhaust heat recovery device and the front of the heater, an auxiliary water pump that selectively supplies coolant from the exhaust heat recovery device to the front of the heater, a state measurement unit that measures an operation state of the vehicle and outputs a corresponding signal, and a controller configured for controlling operation of the engine, the drive motor, the main water pump, the coolant control valve unit and the auxiliary water pump according to the output signal of the state measurement unit.

A cooling system may include a cylinder block; an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler that receives some of a coolant of the cylinder block and transmits the received coolant back to the cylinder block; a cylinder head that receives a coolant from the cylinder block; a thermal management module that selectively transmits the coolant received from the cylinder head to a plurality of coolant lines; a water pump that transmits the coolants transmitted from the plurality of coolant lines to the cylinder block; and a controller that is connected to the thermal management module and configured to control operation of the thermal management module.

An oil supply structure of a continuously variable valve timing apparatus includes: a first oil filter to receive and filter oil from a main gallery; a first oil control valve to receive oil from the first oil filter; a first continuously variable valve timing apparatus to receive oil from the first oil control valve; a second oil filter to receive and filter oil from the main gallery; a second oil control valve to receive oil from the second oil filter; a second continuously variable valve timing apparatus to receive oil from the second oil control valve; and an oil supply line in a cylinder head, that fluidly connects the main gallery, the oil filters, the oil control valves, and the continuously variable valve timing apparatuses. The cylinder head includes the oil supply line, and various holes for the components of the oil supply structure to be disposed therein.
