The present invention relates to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting element, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting element comprising the same and, more particularly, to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting element exhibiting a good light extraction efficiency, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting element comprising the same. To this end, the present invention provides a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting element, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting element comprising the same, the light extraction substrate comprising a first light extraction layer having a plurality of pores formed therein and made of a first metal oxide doped with a dopant; and a second light extraction layer formed on the first light extraction layer and made of a second metal oxide which has a different atomic diffusion rate compared to the first metal oxide.

The present invention relates to a large area organic light emitting panel and, more particularly, to a large area organic light emitting panel which prevents an observer in front of the panel from recognizing a seam connecting organic light emitting panels, i.e. which can implement a seamless effect. To this end, the present invention provides a large area organic light emitting panel comprising: a plurality of organic light emitting panels arranged vertically and horizontally; and a seam part, formed between the plurality of organic light emitting panels, for connecting the plurality of organic light emitting panels and refracting, to the front, light laterally emitted from the organic light emitting panels by a wave guiding effect.

The present invention relates to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, a fabrication method therefor and an organic light emitting device including the same and, more specifically, to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, a fabrication method therefor and an organic light emitting device including the same, wherein the light extraction substrate has aperiodic photonic crystal patterns formed on the front side thereof, through which light emitted from an organic light emitting element is emitted to the outside, thereby avoiding the dependency of light extraction on a specific wavelength band which occurs in existing periodic photonic crystal patterns, and inducing light extraction from a wider wavelength band. To this end, the present invention provides the light extraction substrate for the organic light emitting device, the fabrication method therefor and the organic light emitting device including the same, wherein the light extraction substrate, which is arranged on one surface through which the light emitted from the organic light emitting element is emitted to the outside, comprises: a base substrate; a matrix layer formed between the organic light emitting element and the base substrate; and the photonic crystal patterns formed on the base substrate, arranged inside the matrix layer and formed to have an aperiodic structure, wherein the matrix layer and the photonic crystal patterns form an internal light extraction layer of the organic light emitting device.
