A display device includes first and second light emitting regions; first and second pixel electrodes in the first and second light emitting regions, respectively; a first organic layer in the first light emitting region, including first and second light emitting layers; a second organic layer in the second light emitting region, including a third light emitting layer; a common electrode on the first and second organic layers; a wavelength conversion pattern on the common electrode, overlapping the first organic layer, and wavelength-converting light of a first color into light of a second color, different from the first color; and a light transmitting pattern on the common electrode, overlapping the second organic layer. The third light emitting layer and one of the first and second light emitting layers emit light of the first color, and another one of the first and second light emitting layers emits light of the second color.

Provided are phototherapeutic needle patches usable for phototherapy by using needle patches capable of injecting drugs or cosmetic substances to patients, and methods of manufacturing the same. A phototherapeutic needle patch may include a patch body attachable to skin of a patient, at least one microneedle protruding from the patch body, one end of the microneedle configured to deliver a drug through stratum corneum of the skin to inner tissues of the skin, and light grooves formed in a concave shape along a length direction of the microneedle in such a manner that therapeutic light radiated from a light source for phototherapy easily penetrates into the skin along the microneedle.

Phototherapeutic needle patches and methods of manufacturing the same

A color conversion element and a display device including the same are provided. The color conversion element includes: a base substrate in which a first region and a second region are defined; a color conversion layer on the base substrate, in the first region, and including color conversion particles configured to convert a wavelength of incident light; and a color light transmitting layer on the base substrate and in the second region; wherein each of the color conversion particles includes a compound represented by Formula 1 (AmBnXl - - - ()), where, in Formula 1, A is Cs, Rb, or an alloy thereof; B is at least one of Cu, Sb, Ge, Sn, and Bi, or an alloy thereof; m, n, and l are each an integer of 1 to 9; and X is at least one of F, Cl, Br, and I, or a mixture thereof.

Color conversion element and display device including the same

A display device includes: a substrate; a plurality of pixels on the substrate, and each of the pixels including first to third sub-pixels each including at least one light emitting diode configured to emit light; and a color conversion layer including first to third color conversion patterns respectively corresponding to the first to third sub-pixels, each of the first to third color conversion patterns configured to transmit the light or convert the light into light of a different color. The light emitting diode of each of the first to third sub-pixels is coupled to a first electrode and a second electrode. At least one of the first to third color conversion patterns includes a perovskite compound.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept, a method of manufacturing a color conversion display panel includes forming a plurality of light blocking members on a substrate to partition a first region, a second region, and a third region. A blue light blocking filter is formed on the substrate of both the first region and the second region. A color conversion layer including quantum dots is formed on the blue light blocking filter. A transmissive layer is formed on the substrate of the third region. Water vapor is supplied to the color conversion layer, and a barrier layer is formed on the color conversion layer and the transmissive layer.

Method of manufacturing a color conversion display panel and method of manufacturing a display device including the same

A quantum dot, a color conversion panel, and a display device, the quantum dot including a core; and a shell layer positioned outside of the core, wherein at least one of the core and the shell layer is doped with aluminum, silicon, titanium, magnesium, or zinc, and the core includes a Group III-V compound.

A liquid crystal display according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel and a light assembly configured to provide light to the display panel, wherein the light assembly includes: a light-emitting device configured to emit first light; a light guide positioned to receive the first light; and a quantum dot sheet positioned on the light guide and positioned to receive the first light from the light guide, the quantum dot sheet configured to emit second light responsive to the received first light. The quantum dot sheet includes a nanophosphor and an antioxidant, and the antioxidant includes at least one compound selected from a group including a phenol-based compound, a phosphorus-based compound, and a sulfur-based compound.
