A method and electronic device for performing wireless charging are provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a conductive coil, a power transmission circuit electrically connected to the conductive coil, and configured to wirelessly transmit power to an outside of the housing through the conductive coil, a voltage source electrically connected to the power transmission circuit, and a control circuit electrically connected between the power transmission circuit and the voltage source. The control circuit is configured to change power radiated through the conductive coil, monitor a frequency of a signal and/or electromagnetic waves radiated through the conductive coil, and adjust a level of a voltage from the voltage source based on at least a part of a monitored result of the frequency.

Method and electronic device for performing wireless charging

An electronic device and a method for sensing moisture in an electronic device are provided. The method for sensing moisture in an electronic device includes sensing moisture introduced into a connector of the electronic device in a state where one or more functions executable by connection of the connector with an external electronic device are activated. Further, the method includes deactivating the one or more functions based on the sensing; determining whether the introduced moisture is removed in a state where the one or more functions are deactivated; and activating the one or more functions if the moisture is removed.

A cordless charging apparatus includes a housing, a main substrate accommodated in the housing, a coil unit stacked on the main substrate, and a connection member for electrically connecting the coil unit to the main substrate. The connection member includes a connector provided on the main substrate, and a connection substrate provided at the coil unit in order to contact the connector and electrically connect with the coil unit stacked on the main substrate.

Cordless charging apparatus

A computer having a modem outputs a telephone bell signals regardless of an active state of the computer as well as the modem. The modem provides a voltage signal responsive to the active state thereof. The computer system includes a bell signal generator for producing a bell signal in response to a ring signal received over a telephone line connected to the modem. Further, a relay switch is provided across the telephone line directed to the bell signal generator, the relay switch comprising normal-on switches allowing the telephone line to be connected to the bell signal generator when the modem is inactive state, and being activated to cut off the switch in response to the voltage signal fed from the modem. A speaker is connected to the output of the bell signal generator. If a telephone set is not connected to the modem, the computer of this invention may detect the telephone ring signal and sound a bell signal even if the computer as well as the modem is not in the active state.
