The present invention provides a PEGylated IFN-&#x3b2; variant and a composition for preventing or treating hyperproliferative diseases, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases or viral infectious diseases, the composition comprising the PEGylated IFN-&#x3b2; variant as an effective ingredient. The PEGylated IFN-&#x3b2; variant of the present invention has an excellent anti-viral efficacy, immune regulatory function and anti-cell growth efficacy by virtue of better pharmacokinetic properties compared to native IFN-&#x3b2; and non-PEGylated IFN-&#x3b2; variants, and therefore can be used usefully against various diseases. The present invention provides good patient convenience in terms of administration due to exhibition of an excellent pharmacological activity effect upon administration and a significant increase of half-life in blood over existing interferon formulations.

PEGylated interferon-beta variant

The present invention provides: an antibody which specifically bonds to human NINJ-1; and a fragment thereof. The antibody or the fragment thereof according to the present invention has very high bonding affinity and bonding specificity with respect to a human NINJ-1 or a homogeneous binding site of the protein, and does not exhibit cross-reactivity with NINJ-1 proteins that are derived from other organisms and have high protein similarity. Accordingly, the present invention provides significant advantages with respect to accuracy and sensitivity and the like, not only in diagnosing disease related to NINJ-1 proteins but also in inhibiting pathological conditions involving NINJ-1 proteins. In particular, the antibody provided according to the present invention has a remarkable effect of inhibiting attachment between immunocytes and human cerebral endothelial cells, and thus has an effect of treating multiple sclerosis.

The present disclosure relates to a heat transfer tube comprising nanostructures formed on the surface, and a method for manufacturing the same, and by forming nanostructures on a heat transfer tube surface, a superhydrophobic surface may be obtained under a high temperature environment as well. In addition, superhydrophobicity may be enhanced by further forming a hydrophobic coating layer on the nanostructure-formed heat transfer tube surface. By using a method of forming nanostructures by dipping the heat transfer tube surface, complex shapes may be coated, and therefore, a plurality of assembled heat transfer tubes may be coated, and damages occurring during a process of assembling the heat transfer tube after coating may be prevented.

Heat transfer tube having superhydrophobic surface and method for manufacturing the same

Provided is a carbon nanotube (CNT) transparent conductive layer having a loop pattern in which a plurality of loops are at least partially connected to one another, and a fabrication method thereof. The loops in the pattern are generated by a spray-coating method and partially connected with one anther, and thus improving transparency and conductivity of the CNT transparent conductive layer. In Addition, the CNT transparent conductive layer has conductivity and sheet resistance highly suitable for a transparent electrode.

The present invention relates to a method to inhibit cancer by targeting CD24, more precisely a method to inhibit cancer by using CD24 expressed in most cancer cells as a target of an antibody therapeutic agent or by inhibiting the interaction between CD24 and P-selectin. CD24 is over-expressed in most cancer cells and CD24 accumulated in cytoplasm accelerates metastasis. Therefore, the method to inhibit cancer of the invention by targeting CD24 can be effectively used for the treatment of cancer by inhibiting the progress of various cancers over-expressing CD24.
