The present invention relates to an oil-extended modified conjugated diene-based polymer having excellent tensile properties and abrasion resistance, a method for preparing same and a rubber composition including same, and provides an oil-extended modified conjugated diene-based polymer including a modified polymer chain including a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene-based monomer and a functional group derived from an aminoalkoxysilane-based modifier; and a derived unit from a vegetable oil, wherein at least one of the modified polymer chain is coupled with the derived unit from vegetable oil, N and Si atoms are included in 100 ppm or more each based on a total weight of the polymer, two glass transition temperatures of Tg1 and Tg2 measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) are shown, Tg1 is −80° C. to −20° C., Tg2 is −50° C. to 30° C., and Tg2 is higher than Tg1, a method for preparing same and a rubber composition including same.

A modified conjugated diene-based polymer, a method of making the same, and a rubber composition including the same are disclosed herein. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer has excellent processability and good tensile strength and viscoelasticity. In some embodiments, a modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes a first chain including a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene-based monomer, a second chain including a repeating unit derived from a compound represented by Formula 1 or Formula 2, and a derived unit from an alkoxysilane-based modifier, wherein the first chain and the second chain are coupled by the derived unit from the modifier.

A modified conjugated diene-based polymer having high linearity and improved compounding properties is provided. A method for preparing a catalyst for use in polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer, the catalyst, and a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer using the same are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a method of preparing a catalyst comprises mixing a lanthanide rare earth element-containing compound, an alkylating agent compound and a halogen compound in the presence of a solvent to prepare a catalyst composition, adding a conjugated diene-based monomer to the catalyst composition to form a preformed catalyst composition, and aging the preformed catalyst composition at a temperature of &#x2212;1&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;15&#xb0; C. for 3 hours to 98 hours to prepare the catalyst. The catalyst has excellent catalyst activity and polymerization reactivity and is useful for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer which has an excellent modification ratio and improved compounding properties.
