A vehicle body rear section includes a rear floor pan (), a floor pan reinforcement member (), and a towing load receiving section. The rear floor pan () has an upper surface to which the spare tire () is fixed. The floor pan reinforcement member () is fixed to a lower surface of the rear floor pan (). The towing load receiving section protrudes downward from a rear section of the rear floor pan (). The floor pan reinforcement member () extends at least partially from a support position of the towing load receiving section toward a front side of a fixed position of the spare tire (). An easy-deformable portion () with lower bending strength than that of front and rear regions is provided in front of the fixed position of the spare tire () in a reinforcement region of the rear floor pan ().

Vehicle body rear structure

A vehicle rear structure includes a spare tire bracket which has a longer rear section than a front section thereof in the vehicle with respect to a spare tire fixing portion, a spare tire fixed to the spare tire fixing portion, and reinforcement member having a second inclination reinforcing portion extending upward from a rear section of a rear floor pan towards the front of the vehicle. The spare tire bracket has a first easy bending section provided behind the spare tire fixing portion in the vehicle. The reinforcement member has a second easy bending section provided behind the spare tire fixing portion in the vehicle.

Vehicle rear structure

A vehicle body rear part structure includes a rear frame and a beam member. The rear frame has: a first inner bead, a first outer bead, a second inner bead, and a second outer bead. The first inner bead and the first outer bead are formed on an inner wall and an outer wall, respectively, in a region close to the beam member. The second inner bead and the second outer bead are formed on the inner wall and the outer wall, respectively, in a region that is separated to a vehicle body frontward direction from the first beads. The first outer bead is formed to have a higher fragility than the first inner bead.
