A computing device includes a server communication that receives, from a vehicle-mounted device in a first vehicle, information about a position of interruption in autonomous driving and receives, from a vehicle-mounted device in a second vehicle, information about manual driving of the second vehicle in a region of the interruption position. A control point is extracted from the manual driving information in the region of the interruption position as a spot related to a change of a running direction, and knowledge information is created containing running information that is a speed or a steering angle of a vehicle on a trajectory passing through the control point. Also received is knowledge information enabling generation of a track for changing a running direction of a vehicle. The knowledge information and information indicating a trajectory of a vehicle generated using the knowledge information is transmitted to a vehicle-mounted device of a vehicle.

A system of highly detailed mapping data for correcting the data format and detail level of the map data adaptively to a specification of a distribution destination. The system includes a data supplementing unit for supplementing medium-/low-detail map data to make the map data highly detailed, an authoring unit for editing the map data adapted to the multiple specifications which differ at least in one of the data format and the detail level, and a database for accumulating the edited map data to allow distribution of the map data as versatile data. The system includes a reliability evaluation unit communicating with the distribution destination via information, and allowing evaluation of reliability indicating a degree to which the versatile data are adapted to the specification, and a reliability registration unit for registering the reliability in the database by associating the evaluation of the reliability evaluation unit with the versatile data.

Provided is a navigation technique for aiding a user to develop a plan for traveling around a plurality of destinations. The navigation device causes a display unit to display a first display area and a second display area. The first display area displays icon information for specifying a facility and positional information thereof. The second display area displays a time line of a predetermined period. When the user disposes a plurality of pieces of icon information on the time line, the navigation device retrieves a route for traveling around the disposed facilities in order. As to icon information of a facility at which the user cannot arrive at the time corresponding to a position where the icon information is disposed, the navigation device indicates that the icon information is inappropriate.
