The objective of the present invention is to provide a hydrogen-releasing film, a composite hydrogen-releasing film and a hydrogen-releasing laminated film that are not prone to embrittlement in the usage environmental temperatures of electrochemical elements. The hydrogen-releasing film containing an alloy, wherein the alloy is a Pd&#x2014;Au alloy, and the Au content in the Pd&#x2014;Au alloy is 15 mol % or more.

Hydrogen-releasing film

A gas-permeable porous fluororesin membrane () made of a fluororesin is welded to a resin component () made of a thermoplastic resin using a welding horn () having a working surface () adapted to be brought into contact with a work object and provided with a projection (). The working surface () of the welding horn () is provided with, for example, a plurality of projections (). The plurality of projections () may be arranged in a grid pattern on the working surface ().

Gas-permeable member and method for producing the same

A ventilation structure (A) includes a housing () having an opening portion () and a ventilation member (A) formed of a porous resin and attached to the housing () so as to cover the opening portion (). In the ventilation structure (A), the ventilation member (A) is fitted to a side surface () of a projecting portion () provided on an outer surface of a wall portion () of the housing (), with at least one of the projecting portion () and the ventilation member (A) being elastically deformed.

Provided is a porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane that satisfies the following expressions: 0.2&#x2266;F&#x2266;4.0; 0.2&#x2266;R&#x2266;1.0; and R&#x2267;&#x2212;0.1F+0.5, for the Frazier number F [cm/sec/cm] and the water entry pressure R [MPa]. This porous PTFE membrane may be a single-layer membrane. This porous PTFE membrane has the properties suitable for use as a waterproof air-permeable membrane, and achieves a good balance between high water resistance and high air permeability.

A ventilation member is configured to be attached to an opening portion of a housing, and includes: an inner member configured to be fitted to the opening portion and including a tubular portion having a through hole configured to serve as a part of a ventilation path between a space inside the housing and a space outside the housing; and an outer member mounted to the inner member and covering a water-proof gas-permeable membrane attached so as to close an opening of the through hole. The inner member and the outer member have an exposed surface subjected to liquid-repellent treatment.

A ventilation member includes: a first metal body including a flat portion having a first through-hole formed therein; an air-permeable membrane having a first principal surface and a second principal surface and placed on the flat portion of the first metal body so that the first principal surface covers the first through-hole; a second metal body including a flat portion having formed therein a second through-hole separated from the first through-hole by the air-permeable membrane, the second metal body being placed on a second principal surface side of the air-permeable membrane so that passage of air is permitted between the first through-hole and the second through-hole through the air-permeable membrane; and a joint portion fixing the first metal body and the second metal body to each other. The air-permeable membrane has a portion located outwardly of an outer end of the flat portion of the first metal body and an outer end of the flat portion of the second metal body.
