C., the oily substance being compatible with the cellulose acetate butyrate resin, and the mixing ratio of the cellulose acetate butyrate to the oily substance being from 3:10 to 7:5 by weight, wherein the oily substance is at least one member selected from the group consisting of an adipic acid ester, a sebacic acid ester, an azelaic acid ester and a trimethylolpropane fatty acid triester.
