An active energy irradiation device includes a housing, an irradiation unit, a heat conduction member, a first opening that is provided at the housing, and an air introduction unit that deflects air flowing into the housing along a first direction via the first opening to a second direction intersecting the first direction to introduce the air to the heat conduction member. The air introduction unit includes a partition that is provided to face the first opening in the housing, and a filter that is provided between the first opening and the partition, and collects foreign substances contained in the air. The filter includes a first filter portion that is provided on the heat conduction member side to come into contact with the partition without being exposed from the first opening as viewed from the first direction.

Active energy irradiation device and inkjet printer

An active energy irradiation device includes: a plurality of active energy irradiation units; an air-cooled heatsink thermally connected to the active energy irradiation units; a housing that houses the active energy irradiation units and the heatsink; an intake unit that introduces air into the housing; an exhaust unit that discharges the air to an outside of the housing; and a duct provided between the heatsink and the exhaust unit inside the housing, and allowing the air, which has passed through the heatsink, to flow through to the exhaust unit. An air presence region where the air exists before passing through the heatsink is provided around the duct inside the housing so as to surround the duct.

Active energy irradiation device and active energy irradiation system

A heatsink includes: a base plate thermally connected to a heat-generating unit; a plurality of heat radiation fins erected on a surface of the base plate, and arranged with gaps in a first direction along the surface; and a partition member provided to intersect the plurality of heat radiation fins, and partitioning the plurality of heat radiation fins in a second direction along the surface and intersecting the first direction. The partition member partitions the plurality of heat radiation fins such that more air passes through in the second direction between the plurality of heat radiation fins on a base plate side than on a side opposite to the base plate side.

Heatsink, active energy irradiation device, and active energy irradiation system

In a light irradiation device, a cooling section includes first and second plate-shaped portions, a plurality of first wall portions, a plurality of second wall portions, and a frame portion. The first plate-shaped portion is thermally connected to a plurality of light-emitting elements. Each of the first wall portions and each of the second wall portions are alternately disposed. Each of the first and second wall portions, and the frame portion are thermally connected to each of the first and second plate-shaped portions. The plurality of first passage portions in each of the first wall portions are arranged in a second direction, and are biased to the second plate-shaped portion side in a first direction. The plurality of second passage portions in each of the second wall portions are arranged in the second direction, and are biased to the first plate-shaped portion side in the first direction.

Light irradiation device

A light emitting device includes a housing; a light source unit; and a cooling unit provided in the housing to discharge heat to an outside of the housing by means of a gas, the heat being generated by the light source unit. The cooling unit includes an introduction portion, a heat exchange portion, and a circulation portion that guides the gas from the introduction portion to the heat exchange portion. The circulation portion includes a first flow path receiving the gas from the introduction portion, and a second flow path receiving the gas from the first flow path, and being connected to the heat exchange portion. The first flow path includes a portion having a flow path area larger than a flow path area of the introduction portion.

Light emitting device

An active energy radiation unit includes a light source which radiates ultraviolet rays onto a target object, and a main gas supply mechanism which is disposed to be adjacent to the light source and ejects an inert gas. The main gas supply mechanism includes a receiving part which receives nitrogen gas, a first ejection port which is provided at a position between the receiving part and the light source in a transfer direction and closer to the target object than the receiving part and a second ejection port which is provided between the receiving part and the first ejection port in the transfer direction.

Active energy radiation unit and active energy radiation device

A light source device includes a casing including one end surface, other end surface, and one side surface between the one end surface and the other end surface, a light emitting unit provided on a side of the one end surface in the casing, a heat radiating unit provided in the casing and thermally connected to the light emitting unit, an exhaust port formed at least in a region located in one side surface and facing the heat radiating unit, an axial fan which is provided in the casing and supplies cooling air to the heat radiating unit, and a shielding deflecting plate which is provided between the axial fan and the heat radiating unit and shields a part of the cooling air supplied from the axial fan and deflects a part of the cooling air to a direction away from the exhaust port.

Light source device

An active energy radiation unit includes a light source which radiates ultraviolet rays onto a target object, and a main gas supply mechanism which is disposed to be adjacent to the light source and ejects an inert gas. The main gas supply mechanism includes a receiving part which receives the inert gas, and a main ejection port which is provided at a position between the receiving part and the light source and closer to the target object than the receiving part. A flow path area from the receiving part to the main ejection port is constant.

An air filter includes a first urethane portion made of polyurethane foam and having air permeability and a second urethane portion made of polyurethane foam and disposed so as to overlap with a part of the first urethane portion. The second urethane portion is higher in density than the first urethane portion. The first urethane portion and the second urethane portion are integrated with each other in a state where the second urethane portion is incorporated in the part of the first urethane portion.

Air filter, light source device, and air filter manufacturing method

A light source device includes a housing having a great length along a predetermined direction, a plurality of light emitting elements which are placed in the housing and are arranged along the predetermined direction, and one or more heat dissipation members which are placed in the housing and are thermally connected with the light emitting elements. A first intake port through which air is sucked into the housing is provided in one end in the housing. An exhaust port through which air is discharged to an outside is provided in the other end in the housing. A space where the other side in the predetermined direction faces the heat dissipation member is formed in the housing. A second intake port through which air is sucked into the space from the outside is provided in a side surface between the first intake port and the exhaust port in the housing.
