A relay control apparatus for controlling a latching relay including a closing side coil and an opening side coil, the relay control apparatus including a power supply control unit including a power supply resistor and a power supply switch, a relay close control unit including a relay close switch, a relay open control unit including a relay open switch, a voltage detection unit configured to output a voltage signal, and a control unit configured to output a power supply signal for controlling ON/OFF of the power supply switch, a relay close signal for controlling ON/OFF of the relay close switch, a relay open signal for controlling ON/OFF of the relay open switch, and a detection signal for controlling ON/OFF of the voltage detection switch, the control unit being configured to detect malfunction based on the power supply signal, the relay close signal, the relay open signal, the detection signal, and the voltage signal.

Relay control apparatus

A charging control device including: a first and second electrode supply path; a voltage measurement circuit configured to measure a voltage between the first and second electrode side supply paths; a first and second electrode side relays on the first and second electrode side supply paths which are located closer to the battery than the voltage measurement circuit; a series circuit of a resistor and a resistance regulation relay, the series circuit being connected in parallel to the voltage measurement circuit; and a controller configured to control opening and closing the first electrode side relay, the second electrode side relay and the resistance regulation relay, wherein the controller is configured to control the resistance regulation relay to be closed when performing welding determination of the first electrode side relay and/or the second electrode side relay.

Charging control device

A voltage detecting circuit includes a ground potential unit, a DC power supply which is insulated from the ground potential unit, a capacitor to which voltage from the DC power supply is applied, a control unit which controls charging and discharging of the capacitor, a charging circuit that includes the DC power supply, the capacitor and a charging path through which the capacitor is charged, and a discharging circuit that includes the capacitor and a discharging path through which the capacitor is discharged. The control unit includes a calculation unit which calculates a voltage value of the DC power supply, based on an actual capacitance value C of the capacitor which is obtained by both-end voltage of the capacitor corresponding to a first time and the both-end voltage of the capacitor corresponding to a second time.
